Floor plan isn’t ideal. Kitchen is right near the front door. Don’t like two different floors tiles when you enter home. It should be all tile. Taxes too high for FL.
Nope... vulture capital firms are buying homes to rent them. Look up agenda 2030... stakeholders will own everything and the common man will have no other choice. You also can see a huge deflation scenario with baby boomers dying off leaving a housing glut. Institutions buying homes are a problem. Like BIG beer forced regulation on private ownership of microbreweries, the same type of law should be passed limiting the amount of homes they can own. Real estate agents are to blame as well. They set the price for the homes and caused the same problems in 2008. Interest rates don't affect companies like Black Rock that have billions in pension funds to invest... Lastly. Look at all the land fo sale in your own listings! There isn't a shortage in North Port. These homes have been on the market for a year or so... A year ago we were in bidding wars and homes stayed on the market for hours not months. There's plenty of land to build on. Again... we're in a huge bubble and like 2008 it will crash again. When you have two classes of people. Those who serve and those who are served and the servers can't afford to live, who will serve those that expect to be served? History repeats and I hope it's not a soft landing. I would like to see where all these migrants are being housed and who is paying for it... They have to live somewhere.
2nd house much better floor plan. Don’t like vinyl floor at all. Too cheap. Back yard is great so is pool. I like this house better. No flood insurance does save you money.
The price is still too high
Good take Tony,
We are seeing investors offer 75%-85% or the asking price to capitalize on these homes sitting for so long!
Investors... there lies the problem.

Yeah, you're right is super odd for it all to squished at the front the way. Also could be challenging to change that up.
Not a fan of the first one. Second is nice but would have liked a screened in pool and better cement work
It seems to be very common to find new pools with no screens! Not ideal for bugs 🦟!!
Should be half the listed price... It's Northport...
Half?! That's a strong view. Inflation may have a big part to do with these prices. What do you think?

It seems like all the iBuyers are going f with all vinyl now a days. The flood zone is a big plus. I do wish the pool had a screen!
SIMPLE FORMULA TO A SUCCESSFUL REAL ESTATE SALE: PRICE AND EXPOSURE TO THE MARKET. PERIOD.
Very true.
