There's no doubt that when the time came, Christine was deliriously happy to have her own asset because it made it so much easier to leave Kody, but the removal of his name is something I've wished to see explored further. I've heard people say that Christine was glad for the excuse to get him off her deed as part of a long exit strategy, which is supported by the story that she was considering leaving Kody before they left Vegas, but Janelle warned her to get her finances in order first. But I think I remember Christine saying one time that she had been really excited to have their names listed together on the deed for the house, and when he removed himself in order to buy the house with Robyn, she was crushed. It was a clear demonstration that Robyn's needs were his priority as well as being yet another symbolic marker that they would never have the partnership she craved.
@irisblue2332 I think both could be true. I think Christine stayed for as long as she still had hope for the relationship with Kody. So it was probably bittersweet when he took his name off. But I do wish they would ask her this question.
Yeah Christine was excited that her and Kody finally owned the house in Flagstaff together, it was the first time he ever put his name on something with her jointly, and she was upset he took it off to buy the house with Robyn, I remember that
22:49 You think he regrets that decision now?! 😄 She had a bargaining tool, and I bet he was seeding with anger, because she outsmarted him in the divorce.
There were four kids in my house growing up and my dad had a motto that he said all the time. “I never know how many kids are going to be at my house when I get home and how many, if any of them will be mine” because we always had friends over and sometimes our friends would come to our house to hang out even without us there. 😂
My house was like that with my kids and their friends. I'd wake up to 2 or 3 kids in the living room asleep that I had no clue when they showed up. Lol. Most of their friends just walked in, even when my kids weren't there. They all called me mom. They all helped themselves to whatever I had to eat and drink. Most of them came from not so great families so I was happy to be their "safe place" where they could feel comfortable.
I fully think Robyn and Kody played the long game with Meri. They both knew that Kody and Meri’s marriage was over, as for the reasoning behind their sacred covenant. They played Meri to think it was her idea to give up her marriage in order for Kody to adopt Robyn’s children. Kody said it was just a paperwork shuffle knowing all the while that it was so much more than that. They used Meri to get what they wanted. And Robyn kept convincing Meri to hang around and not give up on her relationship with Kody knowing full well he would never get back with her. Robyn and Kody are just horrible selfish people.
Remember how kody talked bad about meri at the graduation of meri kid . Camera catch that conversation. . He was already dissing meri as any chance he could . Behind doors had to be worst
Kody calling a legal marriage a paperwork shuffle is disrespectful of the sanctity of marriage. No hint that Robyn ever wanted to shuffle back to the spiritual marriage. She gets 50% if she divorces Kody. So legal marriage does count in the eyes if the law.
The fact that Kody felt it necessary to melt down Meri's ring to demonstrate that he was free from any spiritual claims she had on him suggests that he absolutely would have been looking for ways to dissolve any legal claims she had as well.
I am still confused by the melting the ring thing because weren’t they counting on Meri being there for the afterlife since he needed four wives to get him into the celestial kingdom? So if the ring is a symbol of the relationship being dissolved, then what about eternity? Maybe he stopped believing in the Mormon eternity by then. Anyway, I agree that he was trying to divorce her in every way possible-legally, emotionally (except he still wanted to take her money).
@@dalithecat They only need 3 in the AUB. That's part of the reason Christine wanted to be the 3rd wife. You knew you'd get to the highest level of the celestial kingdom.
That happened right after the show started . We watched as allv4 went out to buy kody a new ring . The ring the 4 ladies bought is not the ring seen when they show hands with all 4 rings after robyn marriage . Robyn is a very jealous person
It is sad that Kody says "he had" 18 children instead of acknowledging all the children and grandchildren he has. It isn't surprising though, as he refers to them as Meri's child, Janelle's kids, and Christine's kids, but when talking about Robyn's kids, he says "our kids".
If people just walked into Robin’s house, they would’ve known that Cody was there all the time. It’s probably provided him some protection. Maybe that’s why nobody ever knew where he was.
It hurts to see Janelle finally realize that, yes, Kody will indeed screw her over and not care at all. It's like seeing a friend waking up to the fact that her man is cheating. Been there. And Kody not only let himself into Meri's house, he scraped his boots on her rug, not a doormat. Where I grew up, only cops knock.
We also joked about the kids friends having fridge privileges. If they wanted something, we always said, you have fridge privileges, get what you want. 😂
Grew up in the inner city. Been in a small town for the last 25+ yrs. My door is LOCKED all the time. Unless I’m expecting you, you wouldn’t be able to walk into our house. Our house is our sanctuary, our safe place and we treat it accordingly.
No way. Too dangerous to leave your door unlocked. And I also have cameras and dogs. When I went on vacation to Miami, years ago someone took everything in the house with. Moving Van.
I am from NY, I grew up on Long Island and my grandparents and aunt lived in nearby Queens, NY ( about 30 minutes away). We all had keys to one another’s homes, but rarely used them as the back doors to our homes were usually left unlocked. In our family, we just walked in, never knocked. The front door and was used for formal guests only and they knocked or rang the bell. Using the back door meant you were close and for family and close friends.
Military kid perspective: growing up on base, our door was never locked. Even at night. It was a knock-n-walk almost no matter what with our close neighbors. It was a crazy adjustment learning how to lock doors and proper etiquette once we were off-base. (Edit: typo)
Robyn seems like she joined the family as a new boss- with a lot of sad face demotivating behaviors Yes, premeditated Meri taken by surprise Sad for his non-Robyn kids
I (and my parents) grew up in NYC and so we ALWAYS locked the door. I like to text or call to let people know that I'm coming, then knock when I'm at the actual door (and bc i called/texted someone is usually waiting). I also was never allowed to open the door as a kid, until I was older for safety reasons. I have younger siblings too, so it was also to protect them when they were little and prevent wandering. My family and I live in apartments, so DOORS STAY LOCKED! My boyfriend's mom is much different and her house is always a revolving door haha!
Kody didn’t love any of the 3 OG , he just wanted the income they bring. He makes me sick. Robyn is so manipulative she ruled the family through Kody from day 1. Ugh
Robyn had a sign on her fridge telling the kids to ask before taking food! Hers was def not a house she made the others feel “at home” in. I understand Meri’s comment about the knock in theory but with 18 kids in and out you are never really walking around naked. If you really are supposed to be 1 big family and you are “sister wives” where you used to live in 1 big house you wouldn’t knock on a door. Only Janelle and Christine actually ever felt like they were actual moms to each others kids. This totally emphasizes that.
Why would Robyn require family members to knock in Las Vegas when they lived in a gated community that only included their 4 houses? Robyn also had a note on her fridge that said kids not of her home needed to ask before getting food from her kitchen. Robyn keeps saying that the OG wives didn't incorporate her children into their family but it's clear that Robyn's actions did the opposite of fostering the "One Family" picture.
@@Patricia-vm9ys Typical Robyn, she forgot the Brown family was paying her rent and utilities etc. which probably could have cut into everyone's grgrocery budget. Robyn is always about taking not giving anything to anyone in any way.
If I lived in a small area with my family like they had in Las Vegas, with my siblings and my nieces and nephews. I would never expect them to know especially my nieces and nephews! We would be in constant conversation all the time! It should be like walking into your own home.
With Meri it did make sense, but I do at least knock before I open the door with my siblings even if they know I am coming, but my kids are teenagers and they don’t knock at the Uncles and Aunts houses, my kids friends just come in at my house, it’s a second home.
Meri had issues because she couldn’t have more than one child. The other wives belittled her for that and she used her position as first wife to get back at them. The kids were the victims of that. Kody pitted his wives against each other. However, you hear to this day from Christine and Janelle that Meri worked to be fair. This family worked for 20 years, good and bad, to stay together until Robyn came into it. No one left until Meri was no longer the legal wife. Bad feelings and all, the other 2 wives trusted Meri to live the principle.
Don’t forget, it was only in the 70s in the states that women were legally allowed to have a bank/credit card in their name. Even if you had children or divorced. It had to be either a father, husband, or even a brother! That wasn’t too long ago either.
I remember my mom wrote her checks as Mrs his name and last. He passed in 80s and she made a comment how nice it was to write her own name . Then she explained how long women had no rights
I live in small town Canada and it's known for being friendly, welcoming, and as having an open door policy. Me personally, I am single and live alone. I also live with CPTSD, my door is always locked and unless I know via text someone is coming nobody gets in whether or not they knock.
LOLOL don't remember the last time i knocked or rang a doorbell. we text to say we're outside or you have a key + use it. never even thought about knock + walk vs. knock + wait. i appreciated the side tangent; thought it was pretty interesting!!
I knew the moment that Robyn came into the “family “ that her goal was to become the legal wife , and take Meri’s position. When Meri was saying it was for them to be able to adopt the children, I knew that wasn’t true. I would get so upset because Meri couldn’t see what they BOTH were up to . I also knew they were getting them to sale their houses because Cody had no claim to the equity to their homes. I remember hearing him say in a episode that he had three houses but he said, not really , because my name is not on any of the houses . I knew that him and Robyn was going to do something to get them to sell the houses. The next thing we knew he was taking each wife on a vacation to flagstaff to look at land . I still can’t believe how much of a con Robyn and Kody are. These two people are evil in my opinion.
I’m with Meri, I like people to knock…. but then wait 😂 I could never just walk into someone else’s house either, I will always knock and wait for them to open the door. Even when I’m told to just walk in, it feels so weird to me!
Yall are so close to 100k!! And Ive never even seen you guys push for followers! Which is fine that creators do, you should! But just saying it’s all organic! Pretty sure I’ve been following since below 500! Makes me so happy to see well rounded creators like you make it!! Killing it!! Wishing you all the success!! 💛
Do you guys not think it’s unfair at all? Like not only is it coyote pass, but their ‘McMansion’ that was supposed to be a family asset which both meri and Janelle paid for, but also watching the show, and everyone talking, that Kody and Robyn also spent 100,000’s of the other women’s money on ‘art, soothing stones, dickens villages etc etc etc’ why isn’t that discussed? Like ysabelle needed surgery.. but Robyn’s house is FULL of money from wives?
I think that kody definitely was thinking about getting Meri out of the family and that was a big factor in pushing for the divorce. By the time they got to Vegas he was already spending most of his time with Robyn and had tired of the og3. I think he only kept things going for the sake of the show and income. Perhaps hoping the og3 would just accept quietly being put out to pasture. The adoption storyline gave him and Robyn the perfect excuse to remove Meri as the legal wife and protect him and Robyn’s future.
A cousin of aurora talked to a creator and Kody and Robyn was always in the bedroom with a sign not to disturb. I see why Robyn did that and she had a sign on the fridge saying do not take food without permission
That's why they needed a nanny to take care of the kids!! They were busy doing something else 😂 And Robyn sleeping in till noon?? When you have young kids?
In my closest family we unlock when we know someone is coming. Which we always know, because we call or text a when we're like ten minutes away to let the host know to put coffee on. But this had me thinking, if my mother lived closer to me I would probably press the door bell and wait, whereas if I visit my aunt I will just walk in. Both of them raised me, but they are very different women!
We're a text before you even leave to come over house. And wait to make sure we're ok with having company. I have insomnia & often I'm sleeping when people might want to visit. Of course, most of our friends are back on the Left Coast while we're stuck in NE OH now.
My instinct reaction was “nooo, neither of them was smart enough to plan that”. But then I thought about Christine’s comment, about Robyn making comments about what it would take to be able to adopt the kids, and how Christine felt that it was away to plant the idea in Meri’s mind.
Interesting discussion on boundaries in living spaces and families. Keeping the kids/families safe is job one. It would depend on the neighborhood, building, etc. (locking or not leaving the door unlocked). A friend grew up in an emotionally scary environment where she never knew who was going to end up sleeping on the couch. Not safe.
Hello from Australia 🇦🇺. For family it's a knock and walk in....Friends is meet at the door before they knock and everyone else we pretend we're not home no matter how much knocking on the door happens 😂😂😂
The first house my parents owned, the door was always unlocked. And I do mean *always*, unless we had traveled away from home. We had a mynah bird. One of the things it learned to say was in the voice of the next door neighbor: "Dee? Dee? DEE? Are you here? (pause) (grumpy sigh noise)" and then the sound of the door shutting as she left. lol I expect, when everyone was off at work and school or shopping, someone entering and breaking the silence was a happy diversion for the bird. lol
Kody and Robyn knew exactly what they were doing with that divorce and adoption. Robyn and Kody strong armed Robyn's kids father into giving up his parental rights and they swindled Meri into that divorce. Kody and Robyn are both snakes in the grass. In the end, I hope Robyn ends up leaving Kody with nothing.
Christine’s home was originally in her name with Kody (the first time they held property as a couple), then Kody removed himself from the mortgage to qualify for Robyn’s McMansion.
Janelle is not referring to when they were all living as one household and were pooling money- she was talking when children were older - out of the house- and they were all putting money into this pot and large sums of money were going out - he was not spending it on “18 children “ - he was stealing it from them and spending it all on Robin and her family- all of the extravagant gifts- those ATVs they were riding on were a fortune- they have multiple very expensive cars- follow the money
When th r you moved to flagstaff only isabel. Gwen truly . Garrison ( in guards ) Gabe savannah . Robyns kids all 5 . So it's not 18 kids to care for . It's 11 kids with 3 almost of age .
Friends used to walk in our house when I was a kid and when we had all 5 kids still living at home but I usually knock and walk with close friends and our family just as an alert to not startle someone 😂😂
I moved to the countryside in the UK from London and my neighbours don’t come in and out but they are surprised I lock my doors every time! Depends where you live I guess
Our house is the popular house for the neighborhood. Kids knock for thier first time of the day but then just cone in and out after that. We actually have a chalkboard by our front door that says "the girls are not home." To discourage a lot of knocking when they are busy or away. With my in laws house, we don't even knock, we just walk in.
growing up, we had a lot of friends that were like family and they would not knock and I think that is cool! we would enter each others homes and just holler that we were there 😂 we did not lock our doors back then, my parents live in the boonies 😂
I think there was definitely something premeditated about the divorce. After all, when they chose to move, they moved closer to Robin's family and further away from the others.
At my best friend's house I was the only person that could walk in outside of the family into the house without waiting for someone to answer door. I was the only one the dog would not bite !!! Doos were open all the time or had a doorknob lock. We weren't worried about someone breaking in when we were home. Only really walked into family homes. Open door and enter ....
My family is just walk in .... and my doors are seldom locked - once went on vacation and left garage doors open and gaping and house door open and unlocked.
I think when janelle says coyote pass is the last thing connecting her to kootie i think she means financially and she doesnt mean the kids arent a connection its just the only financial tie left
Yep, I'm with you. It's fine if I know they are coming they can knock and walk. Production was everywhere at Christine's house so I see why Janelle walked in.
I just walk in to my daughter’s house, because I come in through their keypad garage door. The main doors are all locked. But at my house/apartment, I keep the door locked because I’ve had random people try my door knob. Plus for protection.
I grew up in a pretty big family with 6 kids & especially when we were teenagers it was just open doors, walk on in. In my personal home now it is like call then knock & walk or the door would definitely be locked if I didn't expect someone. I would be so startled if someone was just in my house (especially considering most of our close family lives out of state)
I think every decision that Cody “ made “ since bringing Robin in the family has been premeditated. Moving everyone to Vegas when her family already lived there. How much time he spent with her before and after the “ wedding” the separate houses. The divorce. Moving to AZ. ALL of it! They were both playing a long game and everyone else in the family were just unwilling unsuspecting players.
I live on the same street as my in laws. We freely walk in and out of each others house everyday. They help me so much with my kids that I will never complain about something like that!
Kodys name was removed from the house so that he could buy Robyn that bigger house. That's the only reason she could leave with just giving him the land.
Regarding open door vs knocking, you both make very good points regarding the number of people in the family. I grew up in an area where the culture was to always lock your doors. One side of the family had a policy of knock and wait, while the other side had a policy of walk in regardless of notice or not. I could see Meri wanting to just have that assurance of space to herself considering the experiences you both have brought up about growing up in a family that was larger than Meri's when she had one child and herself living at the home consistently. It seemed like Meri's child visited their siblings at their homes more often than the siblings going to Meri's house, so if that was the case, it might have just reinforced the existing trends in one direction or the other.
Knock and wait to be admitted. Kody & Robyn are trying to put a new spin on the perception of them by viewers. According to "Notes to Self", when wives leave with children or their children are already gone, Fathers write them off. Guaranteed, He only supported Robyn's kids. The other wives deposited into family funds but supported their children & households separately except for dipping into fund for big ticket items with Kody's permission.
With Robyn wanting a knock on her door, I believe it was so the others would not walk in and see Kody was there. They needed for Kody to get out of sight so they weren’t exactly aware of how much time he was spending at Robyn’s. Earlier Kody justified it by saying well Robyn had an office he worked in or Robyn had a garage space cleared where I could park my car,
If we know you’re coming knock and walk on in or you’ll be out on the porch for awhile 😂 Otherwise doors are locked and nobody ever shows up unannounced
When my kids were young, my doors were NEVER locked. When I came home from late nights of work, I would have couches, chairs and floors full of teens sleeping, every single night. Those kids were always respectful. They would help theirselves to food, which was also ok, but they also always cleaned up after theirselves. I can’t imagine locking doors so my own step kids couldn’t come in.
💯💯💯 Kooter & Robb’em were playing the long game with Meri. They saw the writing on the wall because they wrote it. They also manipulated Robb’em ex into relinquishing his custody for the oldest 3. It’s a whole big scandale that has been revealed over the years. The narcissism with those 2 is full on & potent.
@ honestly, I cannot claim the creativity behind those monikers… but I agree. I was deceased upon hearing/reading them 😅😅😅 Too good to not repeat, ya know 😉😅🖤
With my family growing up, and also my family now, if not expected, knock and wait. If expected door is unlocked and open it but pause by the door and say hello or something.
Im from a "big" family, 6 kids and ONE bathroom we just Walked in, no locked doors at my mums house! 😂😅 Now as an adult i lock the bathroom door, But the front door i dont lock so family and friends just Walks right in. ❤
Okay, so in my family most of them live way out in the country and rarely lock their doors while at home. At my mom's I stop by any time and just walk in, but will usually holler, at my siblings I knock and walk, but will almost always have alerted them ahead, just because it's a bit of a drive. With anyone else, I would knock, except for the one friends house who when they are hosting they leave the door unlocked and expect people to just come in. When I'm expecting someone I leave the door unlocked and have them walk in.
My siblings and my parents we never knock and everyone has a key to everyone’s home. So if the door isn’t unlocked, we just unlock it and walk in. We never knocked on my grandparents homes either we just walked in. My aunts and uncle‘s homes and my cousin‘s homes I think it just depends? Alot of times we just walk in without knocking, but maybe sometimes you knock and walk but typically you just walk into their homes.
Growing up if we went to visit my family, wed knock and wait or holler in and wait to walk until someone hollered "come in!" Then while we stayed there, we'd just walk in like we lived there I think robyn has a trauma response. I scare easily and even outside when im gardening if my neighbor comes to chat he knows to call at the edges of the property as he walks up so I don't scream... Or just fall over... Wehen he comes up behind me. They came up w that strategy😂😂
When I go to my parents house, I always just walk in. Now sometimes the door may be locked so I need to call them and let them know I’m coming so it’s unlocked but just walk in. It’s my parents.
I remember Meri complaining that they used her space as a walk through hall to get to Christine or Janelle space. She wanted them to go outside and access the main doors to get to either side. Not the internal doors.
I thought it was crazy Christine bought the house without David even seeing it. He's the one who has worked in construction for 40 years with the knowledge and experience! Robyn is the one who has always cried that she wanted them all to be just a big close family, but her actions have always shown the complete opposite.
A convenients for Kody with Mary but Mary did it to help kody adopt the kids! . Because their was no tears on his face but Mary was very upset! He seems like a control freek an selfish! He fooled all four wives!
If I'm expecting my family, it's a just walk in. Otherwise it's locked door and ring the bell. I do have a friend who walks in and says "Honey, I'm home!"
Robyn shut him down! I have actually seen that a couple of times through the years where Kody was trying and Robyn said ‘ no I don’t think so’. Robyn plays I want Meri and Janelle to be sister wives cries about it. She cries over Coyote pass but I honestly believe she wants her, Kody and their family . Robyn wants to buy more paintings, and Mansions to live in!
I think Robyn orchestrated the legal divorce so she could marry Kody, be the only wife and have legal right to half of everything Kody has. If she was all about the family, she would not have bought all the artwork, crystals and geodes for her house, while the other wives did not have ANY of that extra stuff. I also think that's why she never filmed in her house or invited any of the other family members to her house, (so they wouldn't see all that stuff). Robyn DEFINITELY had an end game from day one.
I’m in the uk, My door doesn’t open from the outside without a key (my dad has a key still knocks instead of using it ) so everyone knocks, but my dads is a walk in for me as me and my kids are the only ones that don’t live at home still (his gf and my brothers gf both have keys incase it’s locked but can just walk in without knocking) 😅 I always knock instead of letting myself in to everyone’s houses except my dads 😅 x
I don't believe for a minute that the legal divorce was for the reasons they say. I think something was up for sure with that whole scenario and R and K both played a part. Also for some reason I never thought about how Janelle said the only thing holding them together or tying them together is C Pass and she didn't mention the kids! Thanks for bringing that to mind for me.
Locked doors are good boundaries. Left it unlocked until a drunk neighbor who we did not know wandered in and refused to leave. Door locked all the time now
Ok think about it….if those kids are still a part of Kodys life, why weren’t they invited to the hot dog cookout at Coyote Pass? 🤔 Gabe is in Flag, Savanna still lives in Flag, and Gwen & probably Garrison as well…
My Aunt's door was never locked and no one knocked. She had a sign over her coffee pot that said "My door is always open, you're welcome any day, just in time for coffee take off your coat and stay" ❤
I believe that Meri really is a knock and walk person. In Vegas, when Meri would walk into Janelle’s or Christine’s, she did that. She would knock knock and then walk in My door is always locked unless I’m expecting them. I do ask that you announce yourself when you come in though. Just a simple “hey, it’s me”
Yeah my family culture it’s come and go as you please for family and friends. Most family even have a key and know they can come by whenever they want and eat, whatever. We also live across town from my family so it may be beneficial if they want to relax or need toilet. We have a large but cozy and quiet place. My in-laws are down the road too and they have a similar open door policy. When I was a teen I remember when my besties parents were selling their home so she had to leave the house early on the weekends sometime so she’d walk to my place and my dad would let her in and she’d crawl into bed with me for a few more hours of sleep. I’d wake up to a funny but welcome surprise 🖤
Christine’s name actually WAS the only name on the deed of her Flagstaff house! Kody removed his name so that he could “help” Robyn buy her McMansion.

Same here
No way. Too dangerous to leave your door unlocked. And I also have cameras and dogs. When I went on vacation to Miami, years ago someone took everything in the house with. Moving Van.
OMG that's awful!!
Same. I live in a semi- rural area. Door always locked.
Robyn made you wait so Kody could run out and pretend like he wasn't there all the time!
Exactly 1000%
True!
You guys have become a must watch each week! Popcorn ready!
❤️❤️
Military kid perspective: growing up on base, our door was never locked. Even at night. It was a knock-n-walk almost no matter what with our close neighbors. It was a crazy adjustment learning how to lock doors and proper etiquette once we were off-base.
(Edit: typo)
I enjoy listening to you both so much! I wouldn't mind longer episodes with you both
Robyn seems like she joined the family as a new boss- with a lot of sad face demotivating behaviors
Yes, premeditated
Meri taken by surprise
Sad for his non-Robyn kids
Ugh
My bff used to tease me for my knock and walk. For her, it was new. I was raised in the south, and everyones kids went everywhere!
In Utah Logan said that Robyn’s house was on the way home from school and the teens would stop. Robyn didn’t like them eating her food.
@@Patricia-vm9ys Typical Robyn, she forgot the Brown family was paying her rent and utilities etc. which probably could have cut into everyone's grgrocery budget. Robyn is always about taking not giving anything to anyone in any way.
Because often R & C were locked in her bedroom; as Kody was being "her best customer " 🤢
That divorce was so premeditated. There was no reason for him to adopt those kids.
Robyn wanted people to adopt her kids that never welcomed or accepted her kids . Sure sobyn
Isn't their father still alive? Did he not want them?
@@eedwards4603they threatened him with suing him over money, he actually still seen the kids regularly they just didn’t show that.
I am not aware of the other wives belittling meri for only having one child.
I laughed/scoffed at robyn saying "only theee to five". Hey kettle!
Don’t forget, it was only in the 70s in the states that women were legally allowed to have a bank/credit card in their name. Even if you had children or divorced. It had to be either a father, husband, or even a brother! That wasn’t too long ago either.
Heh. We will see if that gets reversed...
@ No kidding. I hate to agree, but that thought has crossed my mind in recent months🥺🖤
When I divorced my first husband in 1978, he "let" me keep a credit card in his name because I wouldn't be able to get one on my own.
I believe they had multiple ulterior motives with the legal divorce.
I’m with Meri, I like people to knock…. but then wait 😂
I could never just walk into someone else’s house either, I will always knock and wait for them to open the door.
Thank you so much! ❤️
They were busy doing something else 😂
And Robyn sleeping in till noon?? When you have young kids?
Where is that? I never seen it.
Both of them raised me, but they are very different women!
knock and wait definitely at my house. Not because I'm not welcoming or unfriendly but more because it is what I'm used to.
(pause) (grumpy sigh noise)" and then the sound of the door shutting as she left. lol
I expect, when everyone was off at work and school or shopping, someone entering and breaking the silence was a happy diversion for the bird. lol
Yes indeed that divorce was planned out by both Kody & Robyn.
1000%
Kody and Robyn knew exactly what they were doing with that divorce and adoption. Robyn and Kody strong armed Robyn's kids father into giving up his parental rights and they swindled Meri into that divorce. Kody and Robyn are both snakes in the grass. In the end, I hope Robyn ends up leaving Kody with nothing.
I want that B to end up with nothing as well
Christine’s home was originally in her name with Kody (the first time they held property as a couple), then Kody removed himself from the mortgage to qualify for Robyn’s McMansion.
EXCELLENT work ! This was a fantastic episode.
Who else says along with them “ *Yes we do* !” 😹🖤
I agree with you about how you do the knocking on the door/locking of the door
Janelle is not referring to when they were all living as one household and were pooling money- she was talking when children were older - out of the house- and they were all putting money into this pot and large sums of money were going out - he was not spending it on “18 children “ - he was stealing it from them and spending it all on Robin and her family- all of the extravagant gifts- those ATVs they were riding on were a fortune- they have multiple very expensive cars- follow the money
And ugly art 🤢
When my children were small, the neighbourkids just went in and out the house. Adults knock and wait.
growing up, we had a lot of friends that were like family and they would not knock and I think that is cool! we would enter each others homes and just holler that we were there 😂 we did not lock our doors back then, my parents live in the boonies 😂
I think there was definitely something premeditated about the divorce. After all, when they chose to move, they moved closer to Robin's family and further away from the others.
I absolutely believe it was premeditated! Robin is conniving.
I follow the same rules as you regarding knocking and waiting and knocking and walking
my family gives a 5 minute “put your pants on” warning text, then knocks and walks in haha
Yes, the divorce was part of the plan. Former wife Nicole Henderson, her ex was on season 15 even said it was preplanned.
Earlier Kody justified it by saying well Robyn had an office he worked in or Robyn had a garage space cleared where I could park my car,
Family and found family is free for all, always! We have an open door policy for our children and all of their friends.
Always lock the doors. If someone has In and out privileges then they have a key.
If we know you’re coming knock and walk on in or you’ll be out on the porch for awhile 😂 Otherwise doors are locked and nobody ever shows up unannounced
Absolutely a calculated move by both Kody and Robin 😢
Popcorn is a really good idea. I buy it in bulk from Amazon. It's a cheap snack. I melt butter for it.
@@rochellegilman-mcginty4975 kooter and robb’em…. I’m dead 😵 😂
@ honestly, I cannot claim the creativity behind those monikers… but I agree. I was deceased upon hearing/reading them 😅😅😅 Too good to not repeat, ya know 😉😅🖤
My grown kids always have their doors locked so I knock and wait!
With my family growing up, and also my family now, if not expected, knock and wait. If expected door is unlocked and open it but pause by the door and say hello or something.
Im from a "big" family, 6 kids and ONE bathroom we just Walked in, no locked doors at my mums house! 😂😅
Now as an adult i lock the bathroom door, But the front door i dont lock so family and friends just Walks right in.
My door is always locked and i never just walk in to anyones house but if i was christine or janelles situation it would be open door always
Growing up if we went to visit my family, wed knock and wait or holler in and wait to walk until someone hollered "come in!" Then while we stayed there, we'd just walk in like we lived there
I think robyn has a trauma response.
Kody and Robyn have a huge home with lots of land now. They don’t need Coyote poop Pass to ride their ATVs and have their picnics.
I looked EVERYWHERE for pics of the shrimp room! They showed it in the episode??
My house has NEVER been locked - our house is a safe place for all , our motto is house is open ; food on the table .
She would knock knock and then walk in
My door is always locked unless I’m expecting them.
No family lives near us so our door stays locked. When we go to family’s home we knock and wait for them to call out “come in” or “it’s open.”
