You guys didn't do the target roll phase... You are supposed to roll a dice to determine target. 1-2(Left player), 3-4(right players), 5 other team picks who you attack and 6 you pick who you attack. Otherwise you just attack the other player with the lowest defense and upgrading your defense becomes useless.

Thanks for the playthroughs! I'm feeling prepared for my first game on TTS tonight. Do you have any idea on how Barb's healing would work while receiving a potentially killing blow? "Healing" implies that one is recovering from damage dealt, as opposed to negating damage. So, if a Barb at 8 health is dealt 10 but heals for 5, I feel like he would be dead in spite of the heal, since the damage does take him to death, but is this before he heals?

100% recommend joining the Dice Throne group on FB. Lots of helps for rules there. I'm pretty sure if you are attacked and you heal with a defence roll the heal and the attack happen at the same time. If I remember correctly
