First listen of this I was mixed, but on repeat listens this song just gets better and better. I think the first time you listen to it you are competing with your expectations and this song is very different than most of their back catalog
Loved this song. I think even more than Glitch. Yes, people will complain that they've become less metal. And sure. They're going for a stadium rock/metal sound and it's working for them. I like it a lot. I like their old stuff and their new sound.
I say who cares, let them make their own music. If someone wants heavier.. you got the other albums still, they aren't going anywhere xD

Finally a guy who loves all of Parkway Drive. Their documentaries are also awesome. They are a great band and great group of guys to chill with after a show.

Tbh I didn’t like glitch and gave this song a benefit of a doubt when it was released. However after having a discussion with a friend how as the older we get, a lot changes on our lives, I gave it a full listen and I actually liked the song. They experimented a lot with different ideas and it works for this song. I’ve listened since killing with a smile and I welcome this change.
I liked Glitch alot more...just something here with the Chorus sounding like a The Wall just sounded out of place

Parkway Drive is so weird to me, it does something to my music taste. Their new music reminds me of classic heavy metal bands like Metallica but with modern vocals and honestly, I've always disliked those, never been a fan of this kind of music, always been more of a slam metal/deathcore person. And I've never been a fan of Parkway Drive either. But the songs I enjoy from them are all in that Metallica-ish style. They do this shit so well I honestly hope they stick to it especially if they don't enjoy making metalcore anymore. That being said, I've seen them live once and they are amazing. Especially their performance of "Prey" was top notch, always thought that chorus wouldn't be possible to pull off live but they did it and it sounded almost exactly like the studio version.

They’ve really went from metalcore to full on stadium/festival metal haven’t they? It’s not bad at all, it’s just not Deep Blue era Parkway Drive anymore, some people just aren’t fans of that. I respect that they’re still doing what they want to do even if I don’t love every song they drop. This song is a great song to blast while at the beach or driving with all the windows down lol
I personally became a fan of them thanks to their new creative, I've been listening since the year 18 somewhere, and I don't go into their old work, I like only a couple of tracks, namely Wild Eyes and Sleepwalker, but no more. I'm just not a fan of metalcore, but prefer power metal, symphonic metal and folk metal, well, I also love nu metal and melodic death metal, well, that's all taste, as they say.
Not a Parkway fan, but I had to drop a comment on their video. The production value on this is fckn incredible. Love the video and it compliments the song, but the song itself doesn’t sound original, specially that chorus.
