I believe the old testament was deleted from patreon in prep for Shane's SNL debut/wild wild west copyright infringement.
I believe they deleted the Old Testament from UA-cam before putting it on Patreon because Shane was auditioning for SNL at the time and deleted most of their old content from the pubkic

This episode pretty much signifies the end of the Old Testament and the Beginning of the New. They deleted all the old Eps off the Patreon because of Shane’s SNL gig but he was fired shortly after this episode came out
I could be wrong but I believe the episode after this one is the Beginning of the New Testament (148), as that is the first episode directly after Shane’s firing from SNL.
