I've done plenty of 2-3k kms in my 2019 (manual) compass. We find it quite comfortable honestly, more compared to the milage champions like Innova. The ride quality is brilliant, the pitching/rolling/bouncing is almost non existent, which makes a lot of difference at the end of 600-700 kms day. It's also a lot of fun on the hills, saying this after having driven multiple sedans and hatches like polo, punto and linea. The body roll is next to nil and it climbs hills and darts through corners like its nobody's business. Only nitpicking I could do is, though well build it's nowhere close to VW category in terms of paint quality and finish, some of which is sorted in this new update. Also boot space is pathetic, almost non existent.
Bro i have purchased compass a month ago but im facing problem with suspension. The ride quality at lower speeds is very bad. on small potholes it almost shakes the person. Did you face the same problem??? I have already lowered the tyre pressure but that didnt help much. But at high speeds it glides over potholes without any problem
@@shanutdmc Update on the issue. After first service or a long use, the suspension is now the best in the segment as addressed by my friends who have sat in different cars of same segment. I think it was stiffer because it was new at that time.
For a pupose this vlog is highly professional as usual but just see the monthly sales of these three in July 2021 , 1. Jeep , 909 , 2. Tucson 63 and 3. C5 40 units and more or less same in August , is this enough to have confidence in these quite expensive cars also they are neither Beamers nor Mercs......
@@AS_7419 That's strange actually because we own the 1st generation Creta diesel too and spares are available with local mechanics as well. Moreover the car has done 1.3 lakh kilometres and runs absolutely problem free.
It's only the higher priced and low selling Hyundai vehicles like Tucson and Elantra that face parts shortage. Popular models like Creta, Venue, etc shouldn't face this issue but it depends on the workshop
I own petrol Tucson and last month i drove Chandigarh shimla manali leh ladakh kashmir jammu (to the highest motorable road ) and this petrol GLS was smooth and comfortable and powerful when needed never felt lack in power And about looks i bet you on Road polar white colour people will look 👀 it looks much more attractive than on screen
All 3 are quite rare cars on Indian roads..I think next gen Tucson can shake up this segment if priced well. Compass is quite overrated(leaving 4x4 aside, everyone doesnt need one) , auto transmission is lethargic and space is at a premium.
I have a doubt to ask you sirish sir. I have driven hyundais of the recent past and olden days and what i have felt is that the chassis and suspension tuning was not confidence inspiring. Some if them handled like boat (i20 and verna mainly). But all the automotive channels in india are now praising hyundais for handling. Is that right..??.. Can the new creta or tuscon be a replacement for s cross 1.6..??..
Guys, in an auto comparison, it is a good idea to also mention the mileage that each vehicle gives, both in the city and highway. Merely describing the comfort of the seats is not enough. And while you raved about the Jeep, mentioning that it gives about 6 km per litre of Petrol, would have scared many a customer away.
@@divyanshujindal4584 Please watch some car reviews from around the world. They mention mileage even when they review cars like the Rolls Royce and others waaay beyond the 25 lakh mark.
Please help...i have purchased jeep compass a month ago and i feel the ride quality is not good at lower speed. If you go over potholes at lower speeds then it almost shakes the person sitting on the side and rear but it glides over potholes at higher speeds....Do you face the same problem???
Suspension settings of the Jeep Compass is stiffer side and well suited for highway driving, for city driving you have to drive the vehicle smoothly at low speed while driving over bad road or path holes, drive slowly you will feel the difference
Sirish says tuscon has the edge in handling compared to compass but only legends know how tuscon handled the corner in Faisal khan’s video when it literally understeered and almost crashed. 😂
This is just sirish giving his usual conflicting verdict to make flights in the comment section which increases the views and the add revenue. Ignore him guys, true enthusiast know how well compass handles compared to the tuscon. Sirish is a guy who told that venue and sonet handle better than Ecosport.
Handling and stability are two different things dude!!! Any FWD can suffer from understeer. Kicks and duster are one of the most agile handling cars but still they badly failed the moose test whereas Tuscon doesn't handles so much good still it passed the moose test with good stability
Do you think that crazy loud kid is better than Sirish in reviewing cars (multiple times rally champion and a lot more experienced in industry)? Seems like legends are stupid nowdays.

HUNDAY dabba gaadi poor build qulity
Recently bought a Tucson....Lovely SUV.....If you are considering a family suv which combines class with utility like space etc....then Tucson anytime better than Compass....compass....is.good....lacks in wholistic value for money....Tucson engine is good and punchy.....New one has given 15.6kmpl on highway.....Though reluctantly settled for Tucson...now enjoying it!!
Finally!!! The video that I have been waiting for.
Great Comparison Review.
Highly expected all new Citroen C4 crossover coupe and C5X(plug-in hybrid) in the Indian roads as early as possible.
@@divyanshujindal4584 same here also...I think because of stiffer suspension...
These are far away from Beamers and Mercs in all respects, except for the expensive part🤣
@@Winzrful very true bro 👍
True, this isn't a hot-selling segment
I will go for Citroen C5 Aircross
Jeep looks macho any day.. awesome list of features.. worth the money💰 ..
I am going to buy hyundai tucson GLS. Is there any problem in this car
Compass is the top notch vehicle in this category.
I just love tucson ❤
Tucson is a gem
Tucson is classy, refined, between the finesse
Fantastic video. The Compass is the most desirable although the Tucson is very good overall.
Waiting for Tucson 2022 updated variant
Please give the review on jeep compass 1.4 S varient
I have tried all the three vehicles Tucson 4×4 Is superb and best
Love the comparison , my query is that is buying Htrac worth it or stick to 2wd and petrol or diesel?
Waiting for ur reply !
I own petrol Tucson and last month i drove Chandigarh shimla manali leh ladakh kashmir jammu (to the highest motorable road ) and this petrol GLS was smooth and comfortable and powerful when needed never felt lack in power
And about looks i bet you on Road polar white colour people will look 👀 it looks much more attractive than on screen
@@chiva01 thanks
Will be interested in a comparison with the latest Tuscon. It looks like a game changer.
All 3 are quite rare cars on Indian roads..I think next gen Tucson can shake up this segment if priced well. Compass is quite overrated(leaving 4x4 aside, everyone doesnt need one) , auto transmission is lethargic and space is at a premium.
Always the jeep compass 😍
Evo india vs Autocar competes face to face!
Spot mode ??
Tucson is my love
Nt personally a Tucson fan..bcoz tucson is dated...bt fact is.. tucson is a No nonsense Vry Vry easy to use affordable machine...
So cotroen being a light steering is good but hyundai is bad for light steering ??
I have a doubt to ask you sirish sir.
I have driven hyundais of the recent past and olden days and what i have felt is that the chassis and suspension tuning was not confidence inspiring. Some if them handled like boat (i20 and verna mainly).
But all the automotive channels in india are now praising hyundais for handling.
Is that right..??..
Can the new creta or tuscon be a replacement for s cross 1.6..??..
Tuscon can be, creta isn't
New Tucson will beat other two and become best in its segment.
Citro - Comfort Ride
Comp - Drivability Ride.
Tucs - Stiffness Ride.
which location is this
Volkswagen Group (Skoda and Audi) Have mastered the art of Virtual Cockpit digital displays
It’s not a 4low transfer case
Just starts in first gear and hold it without up shifts when you press 4low button
Pseudo 4low 😀
Compass without any doubt
Video's title should be "Focusing on the Neglected "
🤭🤭🤭
Great review guys!
Obviously Hyundai Tucson 😀😀
At affordable cost 😀
Please do a comparison video on fortuner vs mg gloster
Where is armrest this feature gives i10 also and this car is onroad around 40 lakhs
Tucson for sure 💯
Is their any point buying a c5 air cross over a base model diesel fortuner
monocoque vs body-on-frame. apples vs oranges
@@sirishch That's absolutely righttt ..... But sir we INDIANS are more into Road presence and bulky looks when it comes to suvs ... 😂😂😂
Compass all day any day
Guys, in an auto comparison, it is a good idea to also mention the mileage that each vehicle gives, both in the city and highway. Merely describing the comfort of the seats is not enough. And while you raved about the Jeep, mentioning that it gives about 6 km per litre of Petrol, would have scared many a customer away.
When you compare cars over 25 lakhs you dont look at mileage....
@@divyanshujindal4584 Please watch some car reviews from around the world. They mention mileage even when they review cars like the Rolls Royce and others waaay beyond the 25 lakh mark.
What about safety ratings? … typical Indian review.. just forget about the safety.. kitna deti hai and features.. etc
C5 has the best safety rating among the three I guess, but yes, they should include that in the review
@aman kumar Its the jeep which has the best safety ratings dear
All 3 have above average safety rating than any other car below their segment. Don't worry
बैहतरिन कारें 👌
Compass is awesome N provides a better experience in terms of handling in high speed. It's not laggy its just liner
Jeep Compass 👍🏻 Owns Jeep Compass Diesel Manual Limited Plus 👌🏼
Please help...i have purchased jeep compass a month ago and i feel the ride quality is not good at lower speed. If you go over potholes at lower speeds then it almost shakes the person sitting on the side and rear but it glides over potholes at higher speeds....Do you face the same problem???
Suspension settings of the Jeep Compass is stiffer side and well suited for highway driving, for city driving you have to drive the vehicle smoothly at low speed while driving over bad road or path holes, drive slowly you will feel the difference
Sir
Can u do comparison between xuv700 & jeep compass
Sirish says tuscon has the edge in handling compared to compass but only legends know how tuscon handled the corner in Faisal khan’s video when it literally understeered and almost crashed. 😂
Hyundai car handling always sucks 😂
@@shankarapandian7731 I only just learnt from your kind self that this is a hack to get views! anyways... have never made videos for views. Laid out the pros and cons of all three so you can make an informed decision. Cant comment on how others review cars, I'm only using my 15 years of motorsport experience to gauge the handling and give verdicts. I'm sure you dont have time for fan boy nonsense and I stay away from that. Peace out ✌️
When will you upload the new episode for your series 'Gone but not forgotten'?
Tucson & Jeep my fav...
Where is the karoq??
Either VW Tiguan or Jeep Compass is undoubtedly the best buy
Can you do drift with creta
Well done...nice review
Right from the beginning the pitch is for Tucson. No mention about safety and build quality, for which I guess Jeep is the best.
Jeep Compass atleast gives you 4X4 at that price unlike Citroen
Hyundai should launch tucson 2022
Who create these categories ? why not Harrier on the comparison with same size and Engine capacity as them , cause it’s more value for money or it’s sounds desi ? It’s better than any of these be it build quality be it ride and handling.
Any day Compass! Tucson will b last pick. Would rather go a segment down for Harrier
but why vw and skoda are not here in this comparison
My preference would be the jeep compass any day
