Hi Ace, you can pay stupid money to LDV spares for this if they have one, or just use any rod or bolt that will Just go into the holes..ie an interference fit or as close as you can get..
I would adjust them as per the video first then- oil down cable, grease all joints. If you have the same thing after that then it will be gearbox. Check one of the lads on our facebook page, he is stripping one down - he will know or Colin Hyke on the same page..facebook.com/groups/Remobilise.Limited/
If cable needs adjustment it would be the same at standstill and on the move. Contact the persons's above on the link for more info, I would not like to say catagorically that your fault is gearbox, I suspect it may need adjustment, after all that costs you nothing if it is the reason on not, at least you can rule it out :D

other thing is the ends go into the gear brackets and they BEND causing issues like NO reverse and NO 5 gear...replace brackets or bend them back.
