ASU showed teams can run on texas (ran for 214 yards against UT) ASU also physically beat up texas up front on both sides of the ball. throw in ewers can't run and buckeyes rotate 8 d-linemen that can all bring pressure/get sacks. i think texas HAS to run the ball; but oregon had MINUS 23 rushing yards vs osu. it seems to me like it'll be a long night for the longhorns.

It was not the Buckeye team that was conservative, it was Chip Kelley. Buckeye players could have played like our last 2 games, but the offensive play callers would not allow it! Everyone know that, if you run into the center of TTUN defense with no good outcome, you change the play calling! That game against TTUN was a failure and the play calling that game caused it.
Howard had a great game but, he's been throwing at a higher percentage throughout the year than he did against OR. The coaches simply called for more deeper routes and the total yards showed it.
This season is unpredictable…. Makes every game exciting…remember when Oregon was the clear favorite a few weeks ago? Mhhh hats off to Notre Dame, Penn State, n Texas.. this is anyone’s win.. Go bucks!

It happens, in 2015 we steamrolled the reigning Heisman trophy winner and defending. National champs 59-20 in this game. They took some early shots and succeeded and we lost one of our receivers in pre game warm ups (wtf!?) and our leading running back before the end of the first quarter. This is a run first team and without James there was no way to come back. If OSU lost Howard or Smith in the same way, things would’ve been different, that’s football. These teams are pretty even, just not on Wednesday. Orego. Best OSU, MI and PSU and won the conference in Their first year! And they have a top 5 recruiting class coming in and a top 10 portal class. They are t going anywhere!
