i love to paint

And you know what I love? The paint itself. I am by no means the most talented or skillful artist but I absolutely love the look and feel of paint in pots or tubes, the lack of precision on the final piece caused by the use crusty old brushes, the imperfect textures it leaves once it dries. I have tried markers, colored pencils, crayons, pastels and even digital art, and a lot of the times the final works have looked cleaner and more professional than anything I've ever done with paint. But it's ultimately the process of painting and the paint itself -with all its messiness imperfections- that completely won me over. I especially love watercolors as every piece I've made with them have been unpredictable messes.
