EDIT: Though posted a day later, the second clip does appear to be a reformatting of the first clip intended for different devices/platforms.
It first sounded like both clips were identical, but if you overlay them on top of each other, you get a phasing effect. I'm not sure if that's anything or not, but I'll keep playing around. This video has the first clip, the second, then the two on top of each other.

If you overlay any two sound sources over one another you are likely to get a phasing effect, where the two are almost but not quite in sync

I think they just reuploaded the shorts version of the video
Cuz video and sound are basically the same

Yeah, it could just be about having vertical and horizontal versions for different devices/platforms.
