That house looks like it was really nice back in the day when it was lived in. Looking at the structural details it was built in the 20's or 30's.

When I was a teenager in the 70’s, my best friend lived in one of these houses on a farm with chickens, goats, horses, donkeys, llama, all kinds of wonderful things to do and a washing machine outside, one of those old ones that you had to put your clothes in the wringer and crank your clothes through… true story… I lived hanging out at her house
