Love ur vids btw.. I play RB on my varisty team and I'm currently trying to make a better spot. Everytime I play I make the right choices, rarely lose the ball, and dont lose one on ones, but my coach seems like he wants more for me to "make a play" as a RB idk how to do better...

I know how you feel man, last game my first touch was non existent, but right after the game I went to practice on my first touch. Keep your head up and work hard and you’ll start seeing your form go back up 🤙🏾

Don't force it bro. Unless you get good sleep, and you are ready to perform for your session. I see way too many young players who force training sessions without being well recovered and well rested. This is an individual question. If you feel good and you think your performance during the session is effective and good quality, I would say yes, but if not, take off and focus on good quality sleep and recovery.
If you train before school its good but you need to sleep early . Else it becomes counter productive
You have the age if I was you I’ll join the academy. Go for the academy otherwise you’ll regret it later in your life.

Hi Matt, recently my right hip has been hurting for a couple of hours after training or matches, I think it's because I'm left footed so usually most of my weight is on my right leg, putting pressure on my hip. How can I fix this?

Work on the getting rid of imbalances. Foam roll the region, stretch and strengthen both legs.

But matt i really need your help, i started football / soccer 2 years ago and at the beginning i struggled to keep my ankle locked when striking with power, when i used to strike my leg used to hurt. But now i can shoot with much more power. The problem is that i really struggle to make a long pass. When i make a long pass i manage to get it high in the air, but it just won't get enough power or distance to reach the halfway line in the field. What do you suggest??

Hey bro! Focus on strengthening your ankle directly with single leg balance exercises and band ankle exercises to strengthen the ankle directly. After that, focus on more compound movements like squats, lunges, and deadlifts.
