Extended dry spell has impacted water levels in the Delaware River

An extended dry spell has exposed more shoreline along the Delaware River. This footage is from the Phillipsburg and Carpentersville area. The flow of the river is primarily controlled by the Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC), which manages levels by regulating releases from reservoirs located on its tributaries.
