Hope you enjoy the video and that this gets some people to start looking into more stuff like this. Nothing better than being self sufficient. Thanks so much for watching.
Great tip! Water storage is a must on the homestead! Have a great day friends! Blessings
Thanks Jim, yeah I agree. Water is the start of everything. Hope y'all are doing good. Setup our nest boxes today. Ready for some eggs soon.
We collected rain water for a while when we lived in the country. Works well when done right. Caribou Dave has it figured out!
I still have to get my stuff setup and ready to go. Been lazy. lol Yeah hoping I get a good setup. May reach out since you know about it. Dave collects piss and drinks it. That's all he knows. lol
It's very nice my friend new 👍🏻 excilnt video
Thank you for watching. Glad you enjoyed.
Yes! This is a really cool idea. I had this one before full time RVing. I would love to come up with a system here. It's great for plants, gardens and animals. Thank for the tip!
We are trying. I still have to set this thing up. I figured no need to set it up in cold weather. lol I like it though.
I wanted one of these - couldn’t convince Larry
I am disappointed in Larry. He should be all in on that. Tell him you want one in the RV now. lol
Great video son!!
Thanks dad.
That's great! Water is so important! :)
Thanks for watching. Yeah it really is. You never know when water will get tight. Just ask the people out west.
That looks amazing.
Thank you so much. We are hoping to have it fully setup very soon.
Oh for sure! Water is important. I look forward to seeing your full video on this. We ever was to get property, I believe we would be doing this, as well. I've heard some places don't allow you to collect rain water. I guess Tennessee isn't one of them. Not really sure if it's true. Never looked it up.
Thanks y'all. Yeah water tends to be the start of any process. Hope to do the full video soon. Been so crazy getting the farm ready for winter. The good thing about the water is you can do it on small land as well. Just get a barrel. Yeah there are a few places that frown on it. Cali I think is one. TN pushes for people to do it. Just makes since to use rain water and conserve drinking water. Y'all should just move to TN. We would welcome you. No income tax either. Come on down.
@@SmallSpaceLiving I do like that no income tax thing. Pretty sure Missouri allows collecting rain water. Really don’t understand any place that wouldn’t allow it.
@@HappyPlaceCamping Yeah I looked it up and y'all are good on rain water. The income tax on the other hand. lol Come on to TN. We want you here.
Water is the main thing for life.
You are spot on correct.
Do you need to buy a separate pump to use? Great ideal . Thumbs up 👍
No not really. For me the pump is so I can pump it over a long distance to our garden next year. If you can get it elevated you can let gravity do the work. The pump just lets me know I can alway get the water I want at the rate that I want. Thanks for check out the short.
Keep it up brother ✌️✌️✌️✌️
Thank for watching.
Dude, i have 100 cans of dehydrated water, and 50 barrels of freeze dried water
Well you should share some of that stuff with me. lol
Great way to catch rain water. Good thing you dont live in California. They charge you for the rain water. Go figure! Looking forward to seeing this water tank hooked up. 👍👏🇺🇸🙏👊🥑
Yeah for sure the #1 thing to harvest. Oh Cali they are crazy out there. Not sure how their people live with such a messed up government. Hope to have everything setup very soon. Thanks for watching y'all.
