I need more videos of plants for Oklahoma! I planted a bunch of things in the past couple years but many fail in the first year even though they were zone 7. Either plants couldn't handle the heat or make it through the cold windy winters. What are some tried and truth lasting plants and shrubs ?PLEASE and THANKS :-)
I started a garden group this year and we are all new to gardening. I am having difficulty on how to quarantine plants before adding to the garden. Last year we had a pest infestation from a participant who bought plants from a big box. I am a seed starter what information is there I can provide for plant starts to avoid this problem. I don't know about the pink sunflower but the deep cherry are for real and they are gorgeous!! planted them 2 years in a row
I'm squeezing soil blocks and setting up the grow lights today.
This bitter cold isnt good for a whole lot else in the garden!
