I think the difference as conference speakers/ mic is minimal, does not justify the x2 price. But if you need in a bigger room 2 speakers connected, then 710 is the choice. Not sure what other brands offer in multiple connection capability? Any suggestions?
Do you know how the sound is on the receiving end when using Avaya one x communicator? I currently have an eMeet and the sound quality is muffled-ish sounding or it’s just not very clear according to my patients.

Thanks for the great review. I'll stick with the 510. The improvements on the 710 are minimal for my usage, and I could tell no difference in the Mic test (which is very important to me). If there was a significant improvement there, I would go for the 710.

hi, great video. what is the overall performance gain using the 510+’s Bluetooth dongle instead of a laptop’s regular Bluetooth connection (no dongle)?
Hi Tony, customers that connect an audio device to their computer via Bluetooth without a dongle come to find audio issues, inconsistent connectivity and not getting simple features like being able to adjust volumes or mute/unmute. Anytime you plan to connect an audio device to a computer like a headset or speakerphone, we always highly recommend getting one with the dongle for the best experience.
The big question is mic range and max loudness if one is for up to 8 ppl and one is 4. That wasn't tested in the primary difference test here. Clarity at 6' and 16' type test between the two.

I could hear a lot of background noise with both of those. Is there a way to improve that?
There's no further way to adjust the mic noise cancellation aside from adding this software krisp.ai/?ref=headsetadvisor

710 is better, 510 a little muffy. My office use 510 because it's cheaper and they don't care about the voice quality
