I’m not an Arsenal fan but what’s crazy to me is how the team still needs players even after all the money Arteta has spent.
You still need a striker, winger, fullback, and a midfielder or two. That’s insane considering Arteta’s already done like £600m. The starting 11 should have been completed by now.

Total games before his appointment =190 games, total points=354, goals scored=360, goals conceded= 218, goal difference= 142.
Total games after his appointment =184 games, total points=341, goals scored=336, goals conceded= 210, goal difference= 126.
Now lets looks at points per game
Before appointment
Total points/game=1.863, goals scored/game=1.894, goals conceded/game=1.147, goal difference/ game=0.747
After appointment
Total points/game=1.853, goals scored/game=1.826, goals conceded/game=1.141, goal difference/ game=0.684

As a United fan since '86, watching what has happened at my club, let me tell you... Do not let this slide or keep buying the club PR. Demand widespread change or the rot gets too deep to cut out, and it becomes the culture of the club.
You're still suffering from the Wenger "4th place is as good as a trophy" statement which put standards into the dirt at your club, and always gave the players somewhere to hide.
Your problem with Arteta is that he booted out all the experienced players because he's insecure about winning nothing as a manager, and so he only wants kids who won't question him. Get a proper coach who can work with top players and demand excellence.
Forget style of play, get a manager who can install some steel, grit and a winning mentality even if that's Simeone, Conte, Jose etc to sh*thouse you to a title.
At United we had Giggs, Scholes, Keane etc to guide the young kids, set standards and demand elite levels, but you have no one to guide these young kids when the pressure mounts. They look scared and lost.
There's a reason why Madrid are always there, because nothing less than 1st place will be tolerated... Time to demand the same from your club.

A concerning pattern in the past two games is Arsenal getting tired in the second half and teams knowing it, waiting it out for the first half and then going for the kill in the 2nd half. Arteta has been figured out and that's a problem for him as he has never offered anything remotely original tactics and football wise. He has been coasting by regurgitating what he learned (copied) from Pep but when that idea gets figured out he has nothing to draw from. After all, you can't imitate originality. The seasons end could get real ugly now as he has been figured out.
