I think that luxury brands are at point where they're so well established that they don't even bother in creating some new, never seen, original pieces. The thing now is like you said merch, just spill the name of the brand on a shirt and call it a day, and the same old bags in different colours/sizes/fabric
Even if a particular brand does something new, we've already seen it by a different brand. Like the Gucci belt. New for Gucci but not really knew for us
Yup i feel the same specially with brands like YSL, gucci, fendi. Same puffy bags by all the brands nothing to get excited about. Although i find Dior, channel and LV are still creative brands.
@@AC-jf4lw yeah. LV is still creating some really good things. I like Dior but the problem I have is with the logo. They've changed it so often now and you never know when their products are gonna be outdated. Chanel I think recently are just coming out with the same bags but in tinier sizes or "unicorn" colours

I bought the Gucci slides in black last year and I can say they are my most worn non-work shoes. I live in the tropics so they are perfect all year round for dinner, casual , beach. I may buy another color 🤔. And I should be picking up the Burberry shorts from DHL today 😊
