How is the piston going to cool down without oil injectors?

i do have a question, i was using my oem pistons with an oem bore block, which thats what the pistons came out of, i bought new STD rings, when i installed them and tried to put the pistons back in the block, they wouldnt move at all what so ever, walls were lubed, and piston wouldnt move, would i by chance have to take the rings off and doing some ring gaps for them to somewhat move easier while in the block?
How much did that snap on tool cabinet set up cost, like $50k?
I’m confused. What makes it vtec, what makes it LS?
LS comes comes from a regular b18 engine for e.g b18b1. B18c comes with a vtec head. So a b16 or a b18c head can be used on the b18b hence the name ls vtec. If that explains it enough
