Nice demstration and some of those sets were really inspiring. Sugar Bytes offer some really cool products to offer.
Thanks for watching.
one must build a hardware synth looking this nice and sounding this interesting with an affordable price tag. behringer? may be.
The Behringer Edge actually also can produce some nice sounds imho. But since its analog based it of course does not offer the sonic possibilites as Sugar Bytes' Drum Computer.
The closest to a hardware unit with similar sound synthesis capabilities, that comes to my head, is probably Nord Drum 3P. But it's probably not in the category of "affordable", if Behringer price tags are something you're after. It's totally worth its price though. And the closest that have a really affordable price tag is probably Volca Drum, which is surprisingly capable drum synth, although IMO a bit cumbersome to program... then again, IMO so is Sugar Bytes Drumcomputer.
Hardware Synths for drums are super overrated imo. Better off with plugins and their flexibility
