- Our last few days in Mexico City and we went hard af on food. Probably ate at least 7 meals a day so yeah. We were recommended to try Wings & La Casa De Toño along side learning how to cook authentic Mexican cuisine!

Sope is normally grab from the plate and eating like tostada, which literally grabbing and eating it, loving the way you produced Bisté
It isn't masa in the pozole, it's hominy (nixtamal)

It's called "Wings" because the very first restaurant opened in Mexico City's international airport, back in the '60s., and it was actually setup in an old North Star DC-4 airplane, with tables and kitchen inside, so its name refers to the wings of an airplane. It evolved to Corporación Mexicana de Restaurantes group, which now represents several restaurants in Mexico, including local names and US brands like Chilis, Red Lobster and Olive Garden. A new addition to the group is the "Fly By Wings" fast food chain.

I've never seen a Sope that big before. And never with a tortilla. I think that dish was a Mulita. Sopes are usually about the size of your palm.
A sope is not made out of flour it actialy is corn base and its ment to be thicker then a tortilla they are usually smaller so you can pick them up and take a bite like a tostada
