Recovering the northern pool frog - England’s rarest amphibian

  • The Pool Frog Recovery Project, supported by the Government’s Green Recovery Challenge Fund, is the latest stage in ARC’s long-term work to reintroduce the northern pool frog to England after its extinction here in the 1990s. The project team tells us more about this internationally important species and our work to return it to its former home in Norfolk.

    Really fantastic film, I'd never heard about this species before watching and the conservation history of these guys is pretty incredible. So many gorgeous shots throughout and overall just very effective science storytelling!
