The more I read about fungi, the more amazed I am at how important and interesting they are. Thank you for a great video! This deserves way more views!
You are absolutely right! Fungi play a crucial role in the functioning of forests and other ecosystems. In fact, without fungi, many of the interactions and processes that make forests so complex and resilient would not be possible. One of the most important roles that fungi play in forests is that of decomposers. Fungi break down dead organic matter such as fallen leaves, branches, and logs, releasing nutrients that can be used by other organisms. This process of decomposition is essential for the recycling of nutrients in forest ecosystems. In addition to decomposition, fungi also form important partnerships with other organisms in the forest. For example, mycorrhizal fungi form symbiotic relationships with the roots of trees and other plants. The fungi provide the plants with nutrients such as phosphorus and nitrogen, while the plants provide the fungi with carbohydrates produced through photosynthesis. Fungi also play a role in the interactions between different species in the forest. For example, some fungi form relationships with ants, providing them with food and shelter in exchange for protection and dispersal of their spores. Overall, fungi are an essential part of the complex web of interactions and processes that make forests such fascinating and important ecosystems.
This is so interesting, I read a book where it explained how important fungi were, but read it a long time ago. Glad I got this video in my recommended

Adam Mickiewicz is not just "Polish" poet. You forgot to mention Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Nobility back then (18-19th century) used world ,,Polish" to describe everyone that came from Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. What is written in articles about Mickiewicz is that he was born in former lands of GDL, wrote in Polish and that's about it. He's ethnicity is not mentioned, though it is pointed out that his parents called themselves Lithuanians and their homeland - Lithuania. If someone asked him which ethnicity he's he'd say both. He wanted the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth to be recreated and even formed a private army in Turkey to help with it. Historical events do not necesseraly neatly map onto the modern borders and nations, so it's unfair to appropriate certain historical figures by one group of people.
In Poland, Adam Mickiewicz is considered a Polish poet. He undoubtedly had great ties with Lithuania, also due to the existence of his ancestors in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, which, however, ceased to exist in 1795, after the first partition of Poland, before his birth. Personally, we have nothing against sharing this great poet and his achievements with Lithuania. 🙂 Greetings and a lot of love to you!

We are glad that our film reminded you of your childhood.
thanks for trying to save the world, and answer the afterlife question - in a good way. amen. save fungus and future forests Bless you.
Fungi were the first life to leave the ocean. Normal plants or trees wouldn’t have been able to take root if fungi didn’t come first to loosen the soil. Back then the fruiting bodies could grow very tall, almost like trees.
They were first and I can imagine them being last as well. Great video!
Thank you for watching and your positive feedback!
Thanks for the educational video. Good luck in your work and all the best😊🍄🌳
Greetings from our film crew!

Excellent informative video . We all should try our best to identify the fungi species and their role to protect our forest, trees , and the whole ecosystem . I also identified some fungi species such as pyrofomes, demidoffii, bracket fungi, scopulariops alboflavecence, etc, the wood rottter fungi.Shagufta Fahmid from Pakistan 🇵🇰

Thanks for the video.
This year I used different types of saprophytic mushrooms mycelium in my garden and got outstanding results. Firstly, my lemon tree goes back to life and secondly I've managed to grow tomatoes in my garden outside and I'm living in the UK. All I used was fresh sawdust as mulch and sprinkler on sunny days and ZERO fertilizers! Mushrooms feed on sawdust and feed the plants. Absolutely amazing symbiosis. ❤❤❤
The video is really amazing, I felt like going out to the forest right now.

Dawno temu oglądałam polską wersję językową.
Dobry, edukacyjny film. 🌷
Dziękujemy!
Hy,im Indonesian,love your chanel❤❤❤
