I have so much respect for both these guys and wish I had a millionth of the talent they both possess. Who is the guitarist with the most talent? If I’m honest I fail to see how anyone can seriously compare one against the other. They are not the same beast at all. Their respective styles are actually too dissimilar. In order to compare something it needs to be compared like for like. I suspect those who are claiming one is better than the other are actually thinking more of a preference for their particular music rather than the talent of the individual. Can we not just enjoy both of them for the amazing talent they both are? While all the time we can sulk like f**k knowing however long we play, however hard we practice and however much we aspire to greatness, we’ll never get close to having the effortless talent they have. You can’t learn what they have. These two were born with it.
