250 g of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
20 g of yeast (not the powder one)
2 table spoons of virgin olive oil
1 cup of water
preheat oven to 360 degrees (celcius). in a cup of water (abt. 60 degrees celcius) add yeast, sugar and salt. mix until all the ingredients are combined. in a seperate bowl add virgin olive oil, flour and mixture (you got from the yeast, water, sugar and salt). mix until combined. then put flor on the table and then mix it with your hand (DO NOT USE ROLLER). leave it for 30 min.
tomato sauce (to your liking)
dried tomatoes (aso to your liking)
garlic (3 garlic germs (sr if you're allergic))
oregano
basil
pepper
salt
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
blend dried tomatoes and garlic together. put it aside. put tomato sauce in a pot and heat it (low/medium heat). add mixture from dried tomatoes and garlic to the sauce, oregano, basil, pepper, salt and honey. mix on heat until it's combined and hot.
after that put baking paper on the baking tray then put the pizza dough on it. add tomato sauce then igredients to your liking. put in the oven for abt. 8 minutes. the you're done
