Cheese potato gratin / Microwave oven OK / potato gratin / children's snack /delicious food
Today, I made cheese potato gratin.
Anyone can follow even if they can't cook. The recipe is easy, so please try it. If you make it, everyone will compliment you
[Ingredients]
310g of potatoes
4 rows of bacon
60g of onions
Half a cucumber pepper
Tomato Spaghetti Sauce 6
110g of mozzarella cheese
[Recipe]
1. Boil the potatoes. (Add half a T spoon of salt when boiling potatoes)
2. Slice onion/red pepper/bacon.
3. Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry onion, bacon, and cucumberpepper until onion is cooked.
4. Put the boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
5. Put the stir-fried ingredients into the potato and mix them evenly.
6. Put potatoes in a bowl, spread them out evenly, and spread tomato sauce evenly
Put a lot of mozzarella cheese on top and sprinkle parsley powder.
Microwave for 5 minutes in total.
When the cheese melts, it's done
[Tip]
1. If you want something spicy, add Cheongyang red pepper.
2. The time may vary depending on the microwave, so please check and turn it around.^^
