green oil? I have all the ingredients but green oil....I will see if it is previous uploads.- please specify.. type of chili used in this recipe - it makes a huge difference. I have fresh bay scallops I caught a day ago to make recipe you provided.
Beautiful and for sure delicious dish . thanks for teaching us how to do it. Just and extra questions. How we know that the scallops are enough “cook” in the marinade?. there is such a thing as overcooked or undercooked scallops?
They cannot be really undercooked, because you can eat them even raw. It is up to your preferences if you like to eat raw seafood or to leave them in for longer.
Do you like more seared scallops or ceviche? 😜
Seared Scallops!
Lovely 👌🏻
Never had cured! However going to try for sure. Normally seared in a Pan
certainly ceviche !
Amazing looking plate. Each component is simple but comes together beautifully

What is in the green oil please?
Oil and dill, already made recipe long time ago about it
@@ChefMajk thank you
Does the weight of the scallops play a part on timings of curing in Citrus?
Yes a bit for sure
I didn't see you make the green oil?
On the channel is a video
I didn’t see what that green oil is. What is that?
Recipe of green oil is on my channel
@@ChefMajk thanks!

I don't think that kind of chilli change anything here. And green oil recipe is on my channel already

Looks amazing chef! I can tell it tastes good but this is no ceviche or sous vide sauce- looking forward to see more recipes chef
I guess if you semi-freeze the scallops you can slice very finely on a mandoline?
Yes for sure
Chef beautiful plate and as always an amazing video and technique. Can I ask what the green oil is? Parsley, basil?
This one is dill
@@ChefMajk thank you.

Look good. But please don’t call this ceviche
how would you call it?
Look. I love your content and your videos, but that's the furthest thing away from a ceviche as you can possibly go. That's a crudo
Yes, you can call it how you want. People are calling different things with different words, you never make everyone happy.
