    Beautiful and for sure delicious dish . thanks for teaching us how to do it. Just and extra questions. How we know that the scallops are enough “cook” in the marinade?. there is such a thing as overcooked or undercooked scallops?

    • @ChefMajk
      @ChefMajk  2 роки тому +1

      They cannot be really undercooked, because you can eat them even raw. It is up to your preferences if you like to eat raw seafood or to leave them in for longer.

    green oil? I have all the ingredients but green oil....I will see if it is previous uploads.- please specify.. type of chili used in this recipe - it makes a huge difference. I have fresh bay scallops I caught a day ago to make recipe you provided.

    • @ChefMajk

      I don't think that kind of chilli change anything here. And green oil recipe is on my channel already

    I guess if you semi-freeze the scallops you can slice very finely on a mandoline?

    Look. I love your content and your videos, but that's the furthest thing away from a ceviche as you can possibly go. That's a crudo

    • @ChefMajk
      @ChefMajk  2 роки тому +1

      Yes, you can call it how you want. People are calling different things with different words, you never make everyone happy.
