Hey hey, pretty lady! This sandwich looks so good and easy to make. I think I would add mushrooms to mine because I get them on my Philly cheesesteaks and they're a great addition. Also, the cucumber salad is a great side...I love it! Cheese is 100% better when you shred it yourself because it is creamier and melts so much better. Pre-shredded bagged cheeses have cellulose (wood pulp) on them to prevent the cheese from clumping together in the bag. That's why it never melts very well.
