I didn't know the FR and VoR were the same gauge. I've learnt something again today see. I love the idea of a loco going back to a line it last visited 100 years ago. :D
+AndreiTupolev Actually, the FR's gauge is 1/4 narrower, but it's negligable.
@@Trainlover1995 The Vale of Rheidol was relaid to a gauge 1/4 inch wider than the Ffestiniog. I don’t see why they made such a small difference.
