The first day I came across this song on UA-cam, I would have scrolled past but I waited because of this man's voice I heard.
I have always knew the history behind this song. The song is historical.

You don’t just sample songs without permission from the original artist. In America lots of musicians have been sued successfully. The original owner has every right to claim ownership of the song and collect any money that the song makes. It’s call copyright infringement. An example is Diddy sampling of the Police “Every breath you take” in his tribute to BIG “Ill be missing you”. Diddy till today still paying Sting for using it without permission. Sting is attributed as the writer of the the Diddy’s Version.
