I found your channel by chance, and I am just so lucky and glad I did. I have always been into Skyrim house mods I just love them all, especially if we're talking about mod showcasing. I just love the way you present them to us and I love your sense of humor. You should have many more subs, you're like the most underrated channel, well I guess it's because Skyrim is old now and it's not as popular as it used to be many years ago, I used to watch other channel that did the same but he decided to stop showcasing house mods some months ago and I was really sad, I needed my house mods "fix", lol, but I am happy that UA-cam recommended your channel to me and I hope you keep these house mods coming for many years. After I saw one of your house mod showcases it was an instant sub for me. I 💖 You! You're a blessing in times of need.
I happened to know about the mod, I downloaded the Special Edition version (and frankly, it doesn't hold a candle to the original). After watching this review I have only one thing to say. Well, two things: madam, your voice is enchanting. :) Subbed.
The stove reminds me of the thruster effects on your ship in the Outer Wilds and conversely makes me think of black holes. Great. Now my legs are made of jelly again.
Looks nice. Would make for a good FOB for a thief or Brotherhood assassin. Can't say it's my style, but it's funky. Also, the follower beds reminds me of the "couch" we had in a house in Turkey. It was less couch and more cot-like substance, and watching TV on it was only comfortable for the first five minutes. If those followers want to preserve their backsides, I'd suggest they get that furniture fitted with pillows. Edit: It has a chess set. I'm sold.
Save your 25K is correct!!! I do love those pallette beds, you can crash and lounge like a college student. Ignio is such a considerate follower cleaning and snacking. Rodviggir (I am sure I butchered his name) had a serious canning fetish, poor gate opening soul.
Falls right into the lore. Curious place for a house. You'd think the owner of the Winking Skeever would own the house on his tavern. Still, very lore friendly and more amenities than Proud Spire. Ever consider doing some quest playthru's or let's play's?
Yes, my thoughts exactly on the house. I haven't thought of doing playthroughs or let's plays because I tend not to watch them myself so I'm not even sure how I'd go about that - it must be an editing nightmare - especially if you're prone to let slip the odd bit of bad language lol:P
@@FebrithDarkstar True. I'd imagine the editing would be a nightmare. May be why twitch is so popular. Just play and interact with the chat, no editing. Seems you have a dedicated fan base tho. I'm enjoying the home tours. Keep doing what you enjoy.
This used to be available for SE, but that link is dead now. :P Great place, though. SO much cozier than Proudspire. (I hate the chairs, too. Maybe you could delete them and put new ones there?)
I like this mod although for some reason it just didn't grab me as other mods have. I think it's the lack of windows and the fact that it's in a city. I lean towards castles and places out in the countryside. I like things like that even in real life, I am not a city type person at all. LOL
This is one of the coolest houses I've seen.

Aaaw my Gods you're adorable! What a lovely comment to come home to after a day at work - thanks Antonio, you made my day:)

Lol and I know what you mean about those follower beds but at least they have a pillow!
Think I've found a Solitude house I want to make a Guild House.

Great video as always! :)

@@OgLockpin You know you're absolutely right - we really do have the nicest people here
Cool mod. Good lore behind it. A little bit weird with the chairs. But hey.
Available on Xbox one

No me neither - I much prefer country houses with some land - IRL as well as in game - wouldn't mind it as a wee pied-a-terre though:)
