There's a DBC mod where you can make custom transformations also there's a Naruto C mod. Like so Rikudou can see.
I think those are only for servers MP, could be wrong though.
They are Called HavenCore,Kosmic Core,Bosmic Core and Supers plugin
But like Netsu said they are only for servers
Supers plugin was made for every server but it go disbanded and has alot of bugs sadly
Kosmic Core was a plugin you could buy from a guy named Kosmic but he disbanded the project aswell and is now working for DBC Apollo ONLY
Bosmic Core is plugin Made by either Greg Or TMK idk and its only for DBC Divinity
and Havencore was made by Lord Haven the owner of DBC Alpha Reborn (in my opinion its the best Mod made by now)

The damage going to 1 would be an integer overflow issue there might be a variable you can dix somewhere in the code, but with the numbers you are reaching you might be overflowing the basic minecraft damage system which would be much harder to fix.

All the angels, including the grand priest, are always in the Ultra Instinct state. Whis explains it in the recent chapters of DBS.

You do only one damage sometimes due to your stamina running out (The yellow section next to your health). It goes down the more you hit.
if you want the characters mostly your character and armor to look more DBZ there is a texture pack called the Kasai Dragon Block C Texture Pack it'll make some armors and characters look alot more like the show/manga i think you'll like it if you keep playing the mod then i think you'll like it love the videos

theres a big new update on dbc!!! they added ki blade and ki scythe and they extended the sage to super!! there was also a ssj5 thing for april fools only but you can enable it again on config btw, the ki blade and ki scythe arent items you can just get, its a skill. you have to get ki infuse and ki fist to get ki blade

i think the reason u can only do a certain amount of damage is cuz 32 bit can only have like 240mil or bil or somthing and 64 bit more i think im not sure tho im not sure about the number
