Here is a quick difference between a High elo and low elo darius player.
In low elo, Darius players often just walk up, hit the grab and follow up with a W and Q.
In High elo, Darius players will grab, Then auto attack and immediately hit W plus Q at the same time to cancel the W animation.
this combo definitely makes a very big difference.

another trick good darius players do after hitting a pull, walk forward to get on the other side of them to have more time to run them down. abuses the slow from it and stops champs like vayne and quinn from escaping as easily

Well, the difference is that you stack his passive much faster so more kill potential sooner

It's better to autoattack before w for aa reset. Then u hae 4 stacks after the combo

Everyone knows that, he’s mentioned it many times, this is just the quick e w q combo
If the enemy doesn't always keep you put of auto Attack range tho.

there’s a lot of ways to engage.
You would use E when your opponent tries to escape, not as an engage.
but if you use it, you gain armor pen. so it depends if he is already low or not.

@@Luzzi666 indeed . even abilities have passive stats within them . AATROX E also has armor pen ...because why not.... armor stats are useless.
magic resist is useless unless they have MAW .... or u are AD champ .
@@dimintordevil7186 Last I checked Aatrox E did not grant armor pen and the only passive it gave was healing from damage to champions
I find E-A-A-W-Q-A to be way more effective (auto twice before W). The slow on your E is enough to get 2 autos on any champ without a dash or speed up. It turns a 4 stack combo to a 5 stack combo, and prevents you from wasting your E slow by stacking the W slow on top of it.
I'm definetly going to try this in the future.

The video is for quick trades and the combo you mentioned is for running down enemies
If the enemy laner cant escape your q with MS or dashes,this is the optimum all in but if enemy has mobility,best think to do make a quick combo and get a good trade
Hardest Darius combo
Darius is spacing dependent, and requires great knowledge of when to go in and out of combat in teamfights.

If you want to all in, Q hit first then step backward and wait Q cooldown ( please noitice your passive )
It will make your opponent think that you trust want a trade.
Then you can suprise with a E grab and end with another Q.

As soon as I saw the “E into W Q,” my auto attack champion instincts kicked in and was like “YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO AUTO > W”
Exactly what i do i just like to walk in front so if they try to escape they have to flash but even then i laugh because they are obviously still slowed
There are also times you may need to e-Q bc this leaves no room for flashes etc where you may need the heal.
I was half expecting a joke where both are the exact same thing, this works though.
In some cases its better to not auto w and just q. That guaranges the q hitting because the q charge time is also the cc time of your e. So They cant react with a Flash or dash to your q.

I often use e + aa + w + move cancel w animatin + aa + q + if enemy dash/ flash follow with flash + ult.
I like that they both just walk up and grab

the full combo is AA ->E->AA->W->Q->AA->R so you have 5 stacks on him when you ult , if you have a ranged top laner you use the e first to close the gap , then AA make sure to walk towards him when you grab him with the E so you close the gap
E + Aa + (W reset.Aa) + Q = 4 passiv mark
Challenger Darius usually grab then Q to be sure to land it. Enemy can flash if you auto in between
W-Q-auto-E-auto-auto-R is most reliable full damage combo vs no disengage
Also just to add to this as a Master Darius one trick as your W is hidden in the Q you want to start walking forward as normally if you get this off its a big trade or all in.
E-Max Nasus player looks at this like “Cool story bruh 👍 “
depends on the matchups, you can t always auto w q since some champ will have a gap closer and you wont get the q edge off
but as a general ideea this is good i guess

This is just straight up false lmao.
E is a small knock up that only guranteeds the q if you press q INSTANTLY after you pull your enemy... One can still dash even when slowed by w, so if you do this combo shown in the short video against a jax for example who has just the slightest of match up knowledge, you are dead meat...
I use it as a main darius
Start with q so that its back up at the end for the missing health also use your e when they dash instead of starting with it
Depends on the matchup but e into an immediate q is viable if the enemy has a lot of mobility.
I once laned darius who would flash ghost instantly , then aa, W then aa and saved his q and e for when I flashed. good times
In other words... One of them presses 1 or 2 more buttons to kill you while doing the exact same thing

Also darius e has a short stun after hitting someone. They can't do anything for a split second, most darius players auto+w in this time but they don't know e+q or e+r is a guarantee hit as well.
even gold players constantly do this, it's not a crazy trick

Actually if you can just use your w and keep aa and save e q for flash or any kind of dash ability that would be good because you can cancel their dash with your e

I think the most unexpectable combo is to hide e animation with q
As a player with 7 games on account and 4 of them on darius i always use second combo.
Its better start a fight with a q after the grab auto, w reset follow with more autos after this the q timer is reset and y can use it 1 more time in the same fight.
Thought I would learn something new....
i do this since Darius rework. you go A E A WQ A ult or just ult to get 5 stack. 5 stack is more important than ult at 5 stack depend on the situation.
I normally do E basic W basic Q basic ult if low hp
i dont know man, if i dont have spell. i usually go behind enemy and wait for the slow from E to run out then press W to make enemy even more slower

As a real Darius main I'm here to tell you that both of these are wrong, you don't start with E man 🤦🏻♂️
But how can you manage to not use the Pull as the first Move if the enemy always keeps you at Bay? Like.. How would I need to engage first if the enemy always prevents me from getting close? I would like to know because I honestly don't know how, the enemy always seems to have the upper hand if I don't Pull first, as it is a Brief Stun and can be combined with the other abilities for some quick damage and trades, every time I try to not pull first they do theyr Combo on me first so then I am at a disadvantage and would rather escape the fight rather than keep going and using the Pull after.
@@emanuelevigo9864 my point is, that in most matchups if you use your E early you re just dead meat.
And because you asked, you just ghost up and stat the fight with W, that way they get slowed, in lower ranks sure just do whatever cuz everyone has room temperature IQ, but from diamond and above you need to use your E wisely as its ur only defensive tool. Trust me.
@@PREDGAMIN I'll try to follow the suggestion, but I already see the misery I'm going to feel when Renekton (or whomever it might be) Stuns me while I try to start a fight without pulling.

Everybody does it. W makes it easier to hit Q and more dmg + additional passive stuck. Later you finish with another AA or ult
Or the best variant, go hail of blades, pull aa, aa, aa, w, q insta passiv, and then ppl just run
E and Q immediately so they can’t dodge you Q

Q + E + AA + W + AA + Q (below lv6 or in a teamfight)
Q + E + AA + W + AA + R + Q (true combo in a 1 vs 1)
But u can do E A W Q ab now u got 4 stacks. And u also can wait in between E and W just to not waist slow uptime

It’s better to save your pull….auto first, if your in range for an auto you can use your w which slows then you can possibly auto one more time and your still gonna have pull for when they run away or use their disengage…BASICALLY NEVER START WITH PULL😂
I do it even better...... auto, auto > w > q > e > auto and you have 5 stacks ready for just 3 seconds

I'm a noob and I do this. I just know the champ
considering what darius is as a champ this will save you 0.2 seconds of your time and youll never see it ever affect you anyways cause you just soak damage and execute the guy anyways.
In a team fight this is the diffrence between your darius 1v5ing the enemy team and your darius dying 1v5.
It saves more time than you think because you can get your passive off much quicker with the W aa reset. Darius’ autos are slow at lvl 3 so the extra 1 auto actually makes a huge difference in those early game trades.
@@gluedblaziken3289 if darius is allowed to solo stomp 5 people its that teams fault not because darius did some small trick.
@@68Layers Darius in teamfights needs to get max stacks as soon as possible so him doing this small trick CAN win him fights, .5 seconds in league can make all the difference.
