Just a tip! get a small 10-count ibuprofen bottle from cvs or walgreens and keep it in your purse and just refill it. I can actually shove 20 pills in there :-) loved your video!

Tiffany Nicole Maybe get a separate key hook to attach to the handle of the purse and put the pepper spray on it? That's what I'd do. I keep a knife in the front pocket of my bag for quick access.
Tiffany Nicole I got rid of all of my royalty cards. They are found by your phone number in the system so I never have to worry about scanning them. I memorized my 5-digit gym number and got rid of that card 👍🏻
Put a carabiner on the key ring so you can just remove the car key when you are using it

I think this declutter series is great! I was thinking today when I was shopping "do I really need this?" and the overwhelming answer was no. There are so many things I buy because they're cheap and "ok" but not necessarily something that I LOVE. Love the video :)
I love it! That was like me in a nut shell, I do all that! Classic. I do that with my Ipsy bags! I just recently got a new purse so I had to reorganize and make everything fit well in the new one. I also wipe my purse down too!
Very cute bag. Love watching your organizing vids. Did you know in Feng Shui, they say that a purse on the floor is money out the door? Your money, credit cards, etc. are in your purse, and they believe that putting them on the floor (in your handbag) shows disrespect for money. Ever since I learned that, I stopped putting on the floor, even at home. :)
Dee Douglas wow... so silly lol.... so many other things to worry about in this world, than to add another... sounds like a superstitious thing to me... which, to each their own!!!!! :) I actually don't like my bag/s on the floor, because I like to take care of them... I have a purse/bag obsession....lol but I actually try to take really good care of them, so that they stay almost like new!!! So.... when I can't afford to go buy another purse/pocket book/bag, when I want something different, I just go to my collection and rotate them out!!! and it's almost like I got a new purse!!!! :) and you wouldn't believe how many people, (even tho moat of them have seen the bag numerous times lol) say to me, "love your new bag!!!!" lol or they tell me things like, "dang, I wish I could buy a new purse every week like you....." Lol and the whole time, (almost always) it's a pocket book that I've had for YEARS, and in reality they have seen me carry it many times, they just don't remember!!! lol anyway that's the bonus of taking care of your bags!!!!!:)

Great vid! I'm sooooo anal with my purses I NEVER EVER EVER. Put them on the floor. I have a hanger thing in my purse so I can hang it anywhere but I'm such a germaphobe I just can't justify putting it on the floor.
It's so satisfying organising and decluttering. I'm doing similar for various parts of my life, from wardrobe to handbag, it feels excellent! Lovely video x

OMG. So much stuff in that bag. When I have to carry that much I always take a backpack.
Be careful having so many items on your key chain. Ignition switches have been known to turn off and render your vehicle dead (and airbags too). Consider have 2 key chains and only putting essentials on. Rather be safe than sorry.
Completely true, happened to my friend once, luckily without consequence. Better to have 1 key for the car and the rest of stuff on a separate keychain.
Cathy Speerly yup that happened to my moms car. Grateful my new car now is push to start so I don't even need to worry about that anymore.

I use all my old ipsy bags to organize my purse. I have one for meds, one for Cosmetics, lips, etc... I carry a huge bag so it really helps me stay organized.

Try the Kangaroo Keeper from the As Seen on TV Store. It's a great purse organizer. You get two in a package (one bigger and one smaller, plus they can nest) for about $10. I've had mine for a couple of years and can't do without it. Makes changing bags so much simpler.

If you use a lifeproof or otter box case (they are owned by the same company) and your phone cracks, tell otter box! Their guarantee says they will replace your phone and case with new ones! And I have had many lifeproof and otter box and my phone has never ever been damaged. Screen has never cracked on any iPhone or touchscreen phone I've ever had. Loved this video though :)

My friends always joke that I'm a survivalist haha. I think I will do a video like this with my big purse once I switch back to it. LOVE your wallet too!

I totally understand the 'having too many lip products in my purse' thing...Whenever I clean out my purse, I always end up finding like 5 things of chapstick in there....Usually find a lot of pens too.

Loved the video Jess...I pared down years ago after taking my CCW/safety class. I only carry a tiny black crossbody bag now. It only holds a few things but it makes life easier. And I'm curious. The women in my family were always superstitious about sitting their purses on the floor. Is that a cultural thing (I'm black) or have you or any of your viewers heard that as well. My bag is so tiny I can't sit it on the floor anyway.LOL And we have the same contact lens case! I love it. I think it is so cute and girly!!! TFS And yes I would love to see how you became a YTer...I've had a channel for quite some time. But I'm way too shy to post any videos. Maybe seeing yours will inspire me. Sorry so long!

I LOVE your videos!! I use a lot of my ipsy bags to organize my stuff. One holds receipts, one for scents and hand cream, one for chargers and headphones, another for pens. I don't know makes it easier for me to grab out the smaller bag instead of digging through a bunch of stuff. LOVE your wallet btw :)
I tend to just throw random things in person when I'm out and about, and think I'll sort it out later. I rarely do and end up with a mess in my purse. I do need to clean my purse now O_O
I also have one little bag with makeup/emergency items, and another little ipsy bag for all my tech things (like headphones, chargers, external batteries, ect).I know which bag is for what and it makes it easier to find things. I don't like little things rolling around.

Oh, this is guilt tripping! ;) I bought a new purse on my vacation, filled that up and I've no idea what's in it but I didn't clear out my old purse first and that's also in my mini-backpack and I've no idea what's in my main handbag, another purse?! I'm too scared to look!

lol i have like 4-5 lipsticks in my coat POCKET. it's ridiculous, but some days I'm feeling neutral, some days I'm feeling red or a fun purple, and obviously you need a few shades to choose from. lol it's so stupid though
Oh! And I also have that exact pepper spray, am obsessed with bath and body works sanitizers and hand soaps for the house, my favorite from Christmas was the Twisted peppermint! omg! And I still have one in my purse with a little left I'm savoring lol flags too funny. I usually always have allergy pills in my purse as well, along with a mini hair brush, water bottle and paper towel to blow my nose they are durable. I have headphones too as well, an Ipsy bag for my iPad charger and iPhone charger. I swear our purses are identical! When it's that time of month I put those in an Ipsy bag too! I like yours better but Ipsy holds pads as well. Too funny. Love you Jess and your videos!

I know this is an old video, but lol.... my name is Jessica, it always feels funny when you say it aloud. Also, I had the same problem, I recently got another wallet thing in a fun cupcake print that looked like it was for younger girls, but had lots of convenient pockets with zippers/velcro so you could find things fast. So I basically use it as my first aid/feminine hygiene/etc, I have the world in that thing and when I switch purses I take that and my wallet out and maybe three more things and I'm done.
What?! You think it's funny that you "needed" pepper spray all the time? Wow, this is so bad 😔 the fact that you can't even feel safe during the day... And pepper spray isn't even legal in Belgium
I don't have but a couple of thing loose in my purse. I use my ipsy bags to organize my stuff. I keep my medication in a bag, makeup in a bag, pens,ziplocks and other things of that sort in a bag, and so on... It really works!! I also have an emergency bag in my car with my feminine products and an extra pair of panties, and clothes for my daughter as well as extra comfy shoes.
I prefer my iPhone to not have a case as well! I only ever drop it when it has a case on it and I shattered my screen with the case on. I appreciate my naked phone too haha :) you should definitely do videos on how you started your channel and gym bag organization! Also I LOVE your wallet, it's adorable!

It was already said that having lots of things on your keys isn't good for your car, but I have a suggestion on how to organize it. :) Instead of having all of your things on one lanyard, try attaching just your keys to that and your other things to another loop or carabiner so you can just unclip it and put in your purse while you're driving. That's what my mom and I both do, I think it works really well!
Be careful with the receipts lovely. I know its not YOUR address, but there are so many crazies out there that might use it to see your town or whatever, just be careful. Great video :-).

Awesome !don't mix your work bag for school and personal bag together because you won't able to find your stuff.:( it is easier to keep them separately.
I am lactose intolerant too! And I have one pretty tin box thing to keep all the pills. I have 2 lipsticks, 999 from Dior which is super red, one is from ysl which is super moisturizing and has a pink tone in it. I found that it is best to only keep the fancier ones you truly love and use all the time, so that the total number is not out of control, plus I feel like it’s kinda gross to use a lipstick that’s like 2 years old.

You should do planner videos if you have a planner :) I always clean my purse at the end of the day lol. I've never understood the what's in my bag videos because my bag's are always empty!

I don't have this problem at all, maybe because I always pull out all of my stuffs, so my purge will never be dirty or full of junks. Also only put you really need. You need too.

EOS lip balms were such an unnecessary fad, they were not moisturizing and picked up soo much space in your purse.
I am rockin the naked iPhone 4s also for the same reason, took me awhile to recognize it but totally looks and feels better! Thank u for this vid I will be due cluttering my purse tonight!
