That's not too old , Bubka made his best jump at 30 ...

Yeah but what I'm saying is 30 is his absolute peak you will start to see a downfall in his vaulting in about a year or year and a half

Of course you can't be at your top level your life long , but look at Carl Lewis , he became olympic champion in long jump for the fourth time ( ! ) at age of 35 . & up to now Renaud is dominating pole vault , i'm sure he has 5 years in top jumpers without problem ... Only Kendricks is pushing him by now , so it would be nice if Duplantis comes to play the game .

Yeah makes sense...we can also think of it like Tom Brady of the Patriots or the 40 year old man who can still run a 100m in 9.88 but I'm only saying he will be on a downfall is that's whats expected for every professional athlete
