I could care less about Mondo's record on equipment 30 years newer. Bubka will always be the greatest of all time. In fact; you look at side by side video and Bubka was almost a foot higher over the bar.
I was so excited when this video ended up being 6 minutes and 16 seconds long, but then I realized that was Lavillenie’s record. Bubka jumped 6.15 meters. Just one second off. The video is so good I can forgive that near miss at serendipity.
My heartful salute to Mr. Bubka for his great achievement. I always like & love you Mr. Bubka. You are the hero forever.
