Hi! can you share how/when do you receive your holiday gift? I am platinum now, I did redeem my platinum gift- the water bottle.. And how did you get the gold holiday gift if you already achieved platinum? i think their program is so flawed and honestly a bit confusing.
I hit gold and platinum at the same order or very close to it. They arrived very close together. As for the Holiday gift. Last year I received it in either late Jan or early Feb. They were released late. I do not see them on my account yet. So I would expect it any time. I did not receive a gold holiday gift last year it was for platinum. I hope that is helpful.

I feel like their website is always having issues. I just achieved gold status after resetting from platinum. I can see the advent calendar and it says I can redeem. I redeem and it says my cart is empty and send me back to the gift page. Sigh.
It should eventually show up in your loyalty account area. That’s what i have experienced. If it does not soon you could always give CS a call. Hope that’s helpful.
I am round 2 platinum level and have not once ever received Silver Gold gifts . Website to earn points always in error . Over 14 calls to Dior CS in a year requesting help and just the basic pouches . Dior keeps a few people happy to keep purchasing . It is a Scam I'm sorry to say . Too many ppl have issues .
