I am not exactly the type to usually believe in subliminals until I tried this and listened to it 3 times before my taekwondo competition and OH MY GOD this sounds ridiculous but the other player i was fighting with got disqualified and I won, I won a gold medal after my 2nd match where apparently the other player was also “cheating” and now I came home with 2 wins?! Super stressed out, because i have like an poetry speaking/ theatre competition. I sat so long on preparing for that. I were only on my mind for like 3 weeks. I spent my holiday on learning for that. Last year i won and i were so good. And now its the night before the competition, i lost all mx confidence, i hate to see me acting, i hate to hear my voice and I'm so stressed out.
