    incroyable cette méticulosité, cette patience, ce goût pour la subtilité. je trouve ton travail magnifique. J 'ai essayé de faire ce bouquet, bon évidemment il est bien loin d être aussi beau que le tien, mais j'ai appris des choses.

    Thank you so much Paul, even though I miss the live session ( working hrs here in Toronto, Canada!), will follow your utube illustration which you put up so generously. I love how you interpret the roses, very beautiful and rare 💕😍🥰❤️

    You’ve convinced me to toss my oil paints. I could never do this. It’s quite beautiful

      Please don't do that. You absolutely could do this. It takes a lot of practice and commitment over a period of time, yes, but you *can* do it.

    Do you ever experience pain in your arm and shoulder from overuse??

    hi so you paint from photos sometimes?

    • @PaulFoxton
      @PaulFoxton  2 роки тому +1

      Yes, sometimes start from life and finish from photos, sometimes entirely from photos and sometimes from life.

    Hi Paul! I find your videos awesome as it’s simply another approach which give little takeaways for me in finding my way….
    Forgive me if I missed it but unlike other artists I follow you speak little of ‘warm’ and cool colors….why is that?

    • @PaulFoxton
      @PaulFoxton  3 місяці тому

      Mostly because I think it can be confusing to people. Warm and cool is relative and can be a result of either hue or chroma change, or both. I find it clearer to talk about hue and chroma changes, generally. Munsell (hue, value and chroma) is just a clearer and more precise way to talk and think about colour, imo.

      @@PaulFoxton Thank You! Reality is…I find it somewhat confusing. Im gonna try to paint what I see and ignore it for a while.
