I guess the best thing would be to get your RPN license as soon as you land in Canada. For that, you will have to do the credentialing through WES for your Indian education. Just a guess . I am not a consultant : - ).

Yes you can start assessment but I will suggest you to go through Australian board or newyork board not NNAS
