Sir. In my 32 weeks scan report they didnt mention fetal heart rate value. But in image it mentioned in two images. First - In umbilical artery heart rate is 172bpm. Second - In MCA , heart rate is 136bpm. So which is fetal heart here ??
It can fluctuate but why are you worried? Good variability is a good sign

This is my second pregnancy and the baby is missing one kidney or it might be small we don’t know for sure and have single artery too. Now I have done a genetic test prior to that I do not have any risk for genetics disorder and the baby is growing just fine, should I be worried about the missing kidney and the single artery???
Single kidney by itself is tolerated well, and continue to monitor the scans, hopefully everything will be ok
Hello Dr, Im 4months pregnant.. we found umbilical cord : 2 vessels and my baby is 1week younger in growth as this is IVF pregnancy.. other parameters are normal.. NIPT results normal.. Sir can we see the umbilical arteries in early stage of pregnancy? At which week we can see the arteries and vein in umbilical cord?
It can be seen by 14-16 weeks but usually noted in the anomaly scan at 20 weeks or so

It’s minimal risk unless any genetic concerns. Don’t worry
Same with me also... I had a single umbilical artery in first pregnancy.. doctors detected hemivertebrae and one kidney not present in baby.. so I had gone through medicine abortion in 5th month of pregnancy:(. Now after three months again I'm pregnant I'm so much worried about this risk of single umbilical cord in 2nd pregnancy..

Hai sir, my wife had 22 weeks of pregency and doctor performed TIFFA scan and said SINGLE UMBILICAL ARTERY And No major structural abnormalities.
SINGLE UMBLICAL ARTERY
A small percentage of SUA can be associated with GIT, GUT,, cardiac anomalies and IUGR. SUA as an isolated finding has favourable prognosis.
Suggested growth scan after 4 weeks.

Are single umbilical artery and bilateral pelviactasis related? My 20 week anatomy scan revealed these two issues. My NIPT and efts came out low risk.

We did a 37 week color doppler scan today, In the 1st scan the doctor said that the baby's brain is getting less oxygen and he did one more scan after 20 mins again then he said that now oxygen supply to the brain is normal.
I need your suggestion. Please reply.

Depends on whether IUGR was present. Otherwise no impact. If IUGR, similar to other such babies

I came across your videos and found them to be very informative. I had undergone an anomaly scan yesterday. I am currently in my 5th month. Does, single umbical artery and echogenic bowel together in the finding something to worry about. I did spot in my 3rd month. Apart from these two finding everything on the report is good. Baby has been progressing good in terms of growth and weight. Please let me know if something is to be worried about. Also, on a second opinion my OB- GYN has asked me to undergo another anomaly scan with different clinic. Please share your suggestions. Hoping to hear from you soon.Thank you Sir!
Hi, it’s fairly common to see both on the same scan. A follow up scan could be done at another center after a few weeks if you feel a second opinion is needed. That would serve to monitor progress as well. Don’t worry

2 D echo is ok if you can do, but no need to panic. Majority are normal as in video

Hi sir,im 20 weeks pregnant, yesterday got my tiffa scan done and noted single umbilical artery rest of the report everything is normal from head to toe,babya weight 330 gms(no other significant congenital abnormalities detected),and nt value is 1.2mm,no other test like dual marker or quadruple test done but my gynaec advised fetal echo and repeat tiffa scan at 26 weeks im really worried sir.pls help me pls suggest me what to do be done next, however my gynaec told kot to worry as rest of the report is normal...i would be a great help if u reply sir pls.

Hi doctor, in my tiffa scan impressions on the single umbilical arterty issue is there but in the quardalle marker test is fine,the result is lowe risk.
In the growth scan 31 weeks, the baby weight is 1.5kgs, everything is normal.
Still is there any genetic issues will happen?

Sir i did fetal echo at 24 weeks, the report says Persistent Right umbilical vein is seen. All the others are Normal. Fetal heart beat is 130. Should i worry on Persistent right umbilical vein issue
Since echo is otherwise normal and hopefully rest of scans and tests are normal, nothing to worry. They will continue to monitor

@@pummyvlogs9351 unfortunately we have to decide based on options and discuss with your doctor as well preference for normal delivery. But it has be a fine balance especially if risk factors
