Very useful video,THANK YOU! I went through a dozen before I found this. Maybe it's the silence hat helps me learn better. I'm homeless & it's getting cold. Trying to set mine up for the first time... I couldn't have done it without you! I will support you I have extra $. Bye, ✌️
I just set it up. Slightly smaller than I was hoping but it's all good minimally. I don't have much (mainly car camping officially) and don't care to have so much space anyway. I will make do with it. I think I will like it enough to enjoy for now.
Be okay for fair weather but not for any trekking in bad conditions on hills mountains , imagine hiking and the rain started the last thing you want is to be putting up the inner. If it was rainfly first it be worth a trip what is the hydrostatic head on it?
I would assume this one is like the rest. Being a hit or miss unless sprayed down with water proof sealer. I have not camped in this tent in the rain yet.
No tent is waterproof. Tents may be water resistant but not proof. It's like a "bulletproof vest." They're not proofing anything. Bullets vsn go through it.
are you a tall guy? I am 6'4 and have been looking at 1 person tents for solo backpacking. just dont want to waste 30 bucks at my local walmart if it isnt gonna fit me anyways.
You did not expect it to be as small as it was. Did you not read the dimensions? Are you one of those people who buys shit online without reading the description then complains about it?
I had one for less than 2 days. The cheap fiberglass poles broke after less than 4 hours after initial set-up. The store where I bought it said that they do not replace defective tents or parts and that I would have to mail it to the manufacturer. The cost of mailing it is almost the cost of the tent, so I threw it away and bought a real tent. In my opinion, this is a piece of garbage.

Glad I could be of help and I'm sorry to hear about that.
Great video!
Thanks!
This video helped so much. My dumb self stuck the things in the dirt. Still super helpful.
It happens, I'm glad I can help others with my videos.
I did too 😂😂
Very helpful, thanks
You're welcome!
The weak point will be the fiberglass poles, but other than that i think it will perform well.
Can you swap them?
@@g.d.7525 you can buy replacement tent poles, yes.
Where do you stick the end of the poles
They go into the grommets in each of the four corners.
Do you need to put the sticks in the ground because I wanna get it for my room just for fun
I'm sure that would work just fine.
Thank you! I almost took it back because I couldn’t set it up!!!😅
Glad I could help!
It's definitely not the most intuitive process and the instructions make you feel like you're dumb haha.
Don't go camping. Stay home.
Thank you. I might get this rather than the two person.
For backpacking yes. For just camping by yourself ehh if you pack light then maybe.

I’m glad to hear that.
Just don't get one at all. Stay home.

I do not know that information on it. I probably wouldn't recommend it in harsh weather conditions.
For the sticks at the bottom where do u connect them too ??
Sorry I didn't see your comment sooner. They go into the ring pins or sometimes they have fabric pockets.
To the right place.
Is. This. Tent. Waterproof?

Good stuff sir
Much appreciated

I'm 5 10 so maybe, it would be close though
@wilderness.varieties4746 I saw the base of the tent length wise is 7 feet. So if it did fit it would be just barely lol.
It would definitely be pushing it. Doable but last resort though.
bought this tent yesterday and i’m 6’3. i was pleasantly surprised with the size. enough room to roll over in your sleep
What's the difference in a hiking and a
Backpacking tent
To my knowledge a backpacking tent will be smaller and lighter in weight.
There the same
My hiker tent is a 2 person and my back packing is a 1 person tent.
Do you do a lot of camping
I try to. Just depends on the weather.
I'm same here you ever been Kelly's Island in Ohio
Sadly I have not.
That a beautiful place to camp I go there every year
Do you ask a lot of questions?
👍👍👍
fiirst comment. Nice tent
That's what she said.
Nice narration
Perfect video for deafmute campers !

Horrible video. Didn't explain anything just watched you set up a tent

I wouldn’t know that as of yet. I have not camped in this yet, I didn’t have enough time last year with all of my other tents I was reviewing.
I have used that tent for two weeks now without any issues. Sorry you had to go through.
Then why are you even watching videos about the tent? Get out of here.
