should the tax form be submitted before reaching my payment threshold or i wait till my threshold is due before filling the tax form? i dont my point is clear. basically i tried but its not going through at START FORM stage.
When asked to submit tax info, I can only choose the US or the Ireland and I'm from Serbia. Can you please tell me what is that about, it's so confusing?

Im wondering if it's better to sign up with google adsense in USA or UAE? My mom lives in USA and is American. Im Mexican but live in UAE. Im assuming its better in UAE because of tax reasons less taxes than USA
