Your reaction is fantastic as always Jack, I love you so much too and a well deserved 👍👍👍 I know a ballad is not in your lane but 🥰 Chicago has such fantastic unexpected transitions always keeping you on your toes, never know what to expect!! They have been one of my fav bands since i was a child. I learned to love to play trumpet because of them. One of the reason I love Kills Rock because you have brass instruments in your band, as well the feel to my soul to the sound of the bass Mmmmm yeah. I enjoyed, i enjoyed!! BFN Italian Music Man, Kentucky Girl 😘😘
This video is actually the last three movements of a seven movement suite from Chicago's second album. That suite is titled "Ballet For A Girl In Buchannon" and what you heard was "Colour My World", "To Be Free", and "Now More Than Ever". The song "Make Me Smile" is the first track of the suite and was NOT part of the video you saw. The entire suite runs about 14 minutes. The following information is from a Wikipedia article on the suite: "Ballet" takes up most of side two of Chicago and consists of seven tracks, three of which are instrumentals: "Make Me Smile" (Lead vocal by Terry Kath) "So Much to Say, So Much to Give" (Lead vocal by Robert Lamm) "Anxiety's Moment" (Instrumental) "West Virginia Fantasies" (Instrumental) "Colour My World" (Lead vocal by Terry Kath) "To Be Free" (Instrumental) "Now More Than Ever" (Lead vocal by Terry Kath) The final track, "Now More Than Ever," is a single-verse reprise of the suite's opening song, "Make Me Smile."
