Where did you get this information from? From the Yamata41 series? The author of Killer Sansa has already posted the killer's blaster art. Although it is still not known for sure whether he has this power, but the author did not say that he can use the blaster only once

no actually if killer made a deal with chara unfortunately they are the same power especially sense killer is still alive whether he dies or not he can come back from his old au. after death which means if killer and this chara were in killers au chara would lose eventually. which results in killers win
In something new comic killer uses a gaster blasters all the time before and after killing his Chara even he just a normal sans the has save load and reset and he has higher stats then normal a real knife gives him 1+(99) damage that and his LV is 999999 Hp 1 even though he survives getting blasted stabbed ext which is weird…
