Small detail that killer have white colors in his soul which means he still have some emotions left, thats the reason he trying to fight chara and bring old sans back Cuz cannon haven't white parts in his soul
Killers soul is fighting with the determination soul that why it looks like target and it could be just how the creator of this Sprite wanted to show that to us. So it doesn't mean he Has his emotions back. There always was some good inside him but nightmare sans was always bringing back the bad emotions to him which makes it hard for him to turn back to normal for killer.

If this was an actual fangame it would be the hardest bc you have to no hit 2 different sections as you only have 1 hp on them there’s also the super quick attacks and way too many bones everywhere
