Probably the best setup tour I've watched so far. you have explained everything straight to the point :)) perfect setup for a computer science student and ofc for coding. Super clean, I love the minimalistic approach
I am loving your new monitor set up, I find it very well organised and set up. However I do wish I would have a monitor set up one day. I am still a student at school and would love to have something like this
@Created by Ella excellent setup breakdown Ella. That vertical monitor would indeed make things more better for coding for sure. Good to see your PC and Xbox again. Keep up the awesome work Ella 🙂
8:52 that IS a cute wireless charger! Oml. Your desk setup is a dream, lol. If I woke up to that, I’d like to believe I’d work harder, but I know deep down I would still procrastinate. That’s the excuse I give myself to buy more stuff :(
Been following you for a while, Ella. I see you getting better and better in your vids, gaining confidence and experience along the way. Loved your setup with I have on my M1 MBA too, but you’ve done a better job. Best of luck in the future!
I personally have a large curved display and use a chrome book on the side or connect my tv to pc and use that as a huge screen. I can’t go back to a smaller monitor for school, also computer science.
Thumbs up for not being an MX Master schill! I bought one because of overwhelming reviewer hype, and returned it same day. If you're used to a gaming, or wired mouse, or a quality scroll wheel, or a light mouse, it will feel clunky and out of date. Yeah its feature rich, but... need essentials first
I just bought a pair of momentum 4! Was a hard pick between that and the xm5! Both have their perks and it’s just preference at the end. Nice setup btw!
I like this video, gives me an idea of my desk setup. Those Sony headphones are the exact ones that I'm getting when I get my 16" Macbook Pro. im a talking fox
for the polaroid of your dog, you may want to put him in an archival safe card sleeve (like the kind they use for pokemon cards, etc) because there's a risk of getting the print stuck to the acrylic frame after time/sunlight exposure... hehe just noticed that tiny bit because im an avid card collector myself hehe anyways i love your setup and i enjoy watching your videos
I'd get something like a stick on clip mounted on the back of the 5k monitor to help support the right side cable tho, even if there might be any port strain on it, the drooping cable setting off my OCD. :p
A lot cool modern digital technology and gaming technology, ALL in one cool desk and there is still room for more. Real nice and organized setup. Do you use a printer? So, I heard that one can pair the Xbox gaming controller to the iPad to play games on the iPad. Have you tried pairing them? Thanks for sharing! 👌🎮⌨️💻🖥🥰⭐️💎
@@CreatedbyEllaYT what do you think about magnetic plugs for smartphone? Have you used it before? My phone doesn't support wireless charge😅 It's interesting to hear your opinion. And yeah - cool wallpapers
Hey Ella, your setup looks great! I was wondering if you were able to get button customizations for your Razer Orochi v2 mouse to work on macOS. I know that Razer Synapse doesn't support Mac, but I was wondering if it would be possible to map button customizations on a Windows laptop, store them on the mouse's onboard memory profile, and use those button mappings on a Mac (which wouldn't have Synapse installed). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
Nice setup! If the Studio Display's nano texture/matte option was the same price as the glossy version, would you have gotten that instead of the glossy version? Or would you still prefer glossy for the better image quality?
haha I don't remember leaving a comment already. but hey! so im in comp science as well and things are starting to be too much for one screen on my MacBook Pro (M1) and im shopping for an extra screen. now I do like the studio display but for the price, I just can right now. any other recommendations for an extra screen?
I still don't understand how you set up the Macbook Pro with 2 monitors... can you explain the wiring? I don't get the 2 USB-C coming out of Macbook. Why not just one USB- C to the Docking Station and the Docking station to both monitors?
it looks that Magnetic Adapter is really convenient ,will them create very heat by the way?I used to use this kind of adapter, but it will heat up very much,so I did not use it any more
Ooh, I'm going to have to check out those magnetic adapters. What's the main reason the consoles can't connect to the studio display? Is there any adapter that could help with that?
I have my monitor connected same like yours, with a vertical monitor setup alongside. In the display settings ive set it up. However how do I set it up so that on the smaller vertical monitor I can click on example Internet explorer browser and it opens on the Vertical monitor (It keeps opening on the main larger 40" monitor)...At the moment whatever I open on the vertical monitor it opens directly onto the Main Monitor and keep having to drag the browser, files etc across...

Honestly the growth on a channel i crazy remember when she put out her first setup video

Yes, I would appreciate a review of the XM5. TY, for what you do and how you do it.
Yes, defintely! Headphone review, would be great :))) ! Love your videos, keep up the good work.
Im hypnotized by this setup
Damn good call on those magnet clips for the side of the desk. I gotta find some of those!
they're awesome!
That's one awesome looking setup! Love how the white keycaps and mouse just make everything else stand out!
Great Tour of your setup. I have been thinking about adding a vertical monitor. Helpful to see how you use.
Damn! Your's is the best desk setup I've seen so far. I'm impressed to be honest. Thanks for the video.
thank you!
Yes, would love to see a headphone review!
External trackpad would be handy. Also thunderbolt 4 elements dock from caldigit is a good way to go for daisy chaining

Great looking setup Ella! I really love that vertical monitor.
Thanks so much!
Thank you for the inspiration! I bought the same MacBook as you. Congratulations on your new level of development. Good luck! I watch all your videos.
I'd actually went for a smaller 24" for a vertical use as for coding it is perfect!
The setup of my dreams! Thanks for sharing!!
thanks for watching!

Pretty cool setup , that's very minimal and beautiful.
thank you!
maybe try plugging the dock into the Studio Display, that might be able to drive the other monitor possibly.
amazing video and this is the type of set up I want!

You can also control zoom the same way with a Magic Trackpad or Magic Mouse. I mean......if you wanted to spend even more.
Clean set up!!! I'm jealous hahah. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Wow this is such a sweet setup!!!

I agree not able to connect xbox/ps5 to studio display is TRAGIC!

I loved how Ella has shaped her monitor, but I liked more how God has shaped Ella's smile
Very cool setup! Perfect for work as well as entertainment.
Even though I'm not a techy person I still want a desk like this 🤦🏻♀️great video ella!! ✨️

Will love the xm5 review!
Nice setup, very well organized
thank you!
Nice setup, maybe you should get a Magic Trackpad, put it left of your keyboard, so you don’t have to reach up to the MacBook?
Great video! Which phone is your go to? I don’t know if I should leave iPhone or stick with it
What a nice setup! Great video :) Can you do a review on the Sony XM5? I'm curious if they are good and how the multi-device feature works!

Awsome setup! I love it. But I believe that the Mac studio pro that should come out later this year will be way better. Still great work!
Hi Ella, I was just wondering if you have some sort of home server. If you do, could you possibly make a video for it?

quick question, is the USB Dock compatible in M1 Macpro? Have you ever had a problem with that dock?
Thank you in advance

The vertical monitor is only 28'' ?
Looks a lot bigger. What's a link to the horizontal monitor?
How do you find the viewing distance to your monitor? Do you feel that there is enough distance?
Nice desk setup!
thank you!
That's an amazing one . Can u give us more in formation and deep details about your desk in a txt file in the description . And thx
Ooh, I'm going to have to check out those magnetic adapters. What's the main reason the consoles can't connect to the studio display? Is there any adapter that could help with that?
No, I tried some adapters and none of them worked, I think the main issue is that the monitor will only take a thunderbolt signal
Hi Ella! Can I ask you what are the stats on your MacBook? Unified memory, storage, CPU and GPU?
Please next video on what's on my(your) phone.Please ❤️❤️❤️
already made a "what's on my iphone" video!
