'Back off’: Ian Plimer issues warning to Anthony Albanese

- Anthony Albanese’s corporate sector woes continue after receiving criticism from the Business Council.
Geologist Ian Plimer warns if Albanese doesn’t “back off” and continues with his government’s agenda, the Prime Minister will be on the “back bench”.
“You cannot have governments changing the rules when you are making long-term investments,” Mr Plimer told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“That’s what has been happening in Australia since we’ve had a Labor government.”

Around 33% of Australia actually voted for Labor. But that's common knowledge. What needs to happen is more knowledge of how our electoral system, especially preferences, works.

solar panels also need to be cleaned lichen and also dust and grime. this also affects the productiveness of the solar panels. care needs to be taken when cleaning so the panels are not scratched and also reduce the efficiency and life of panels.

I have to call Rita out here on solar panels part of this story .. solar panels do not require the sun beating down on them .. they work from daylight .. in fact if you have too much heat or sun on panels you can actually make less energy not more energy .. solar panels work on UV rays not direct sunlight and the UK has been installing them for decades because they work
Problem is the voters... does anybody look at a politicians background, training, skills and prior achievements? Doesn't look like it.
What about the mining that goes on to build the product and the environmental impact? Pushed as a Green solution - l think not!
What about it? What about the continued mining and fossil-fuel extraction that continues for ongoing burning to create power. Call that environmental? It's dig up/pump out, burn, repeat. At least when you make a solar panel you can expect to get 10-20 years out of them (new ones are much better than ones from even 10 years ago). And you can recycle them so you don't have to go back to primary resources for raw materials.
