The seller totally screwed them over, but at the same time how do you buy a house without doing a proper house survey? The mould, asbestos, and rot and the seller would not budge for $750k . It should have been $710k and that’s being generous.

I don't like the master bath at all as far as the shower and flooring goes. To me it clashes big time. I also have seen much nicer homes they did and wasn't all impressed with this one except for the killer view. I don't live in Cali so maybe the design is 👍👍 there. I've been watching the show since day one and I feel they're still doing great work.
