It’s literally 1 minute long and shows maybe 10 seconds of new stuff. It shows the gleeok dragon breathing fire and shows it’s name. And it shows link using a tail to go between sky islands
Now that I forgot the time traveling aspect when it comes to link if it possible then link with the ability recall but you need a place that would give enough power to recall back in time.
The combined knowledge of the dark underground, redeads being in this game, and it seeming like many enemies in the underground will be malice-infused sends a shiver down my spine.
the location where we can see the korok rock circle puzzle used to have a talon on that island in Breath of the Wild, so if those are for koroks at least they'll be in new locations lol
You would've probably seen the ad anyway at a later date, those things will be all over TV and UA-cam as unskippable before the launch. There will be way more cool stuff not advertised and not revealed by Nintendo, plenty of awesome and unforgettable experiences waiting!
So we have towers, korok seeds, and at least two new enemy types. Basically the same gameplay loop. Admittedly there seems to be more variation, but is it enough? I’m not sure.
I just got a MAJOR thought. this has no relation to the current video, but may be linked to your last one: what if We, Link, ARE in the past, while Zelda is in the present. What if Ganondorf, is the enemy before Calamity Ganon. What if the Sky ilsands where there BEFORE they weren't. Food for thought
I’ve noticed that most of the stuff shown only pertains to traversal, which doesn’t bode well for dungeons in my mind. The divine beasts were advertised as being more about traversal than puzzle solving, so I can’t imagine this being much different, especially with how flexible the fusing mechanic is.
I don't understand why people think this is a big deal. Seeing LITERALLY GANONDORF in Trailer #3 is fine, but Seeing a boss and an underground area is too much?
I, too, am mad at myself for watching it. Luckily I have a terrible memory so hopefully I'll forget about those few shots by the time I get there in the game
Would’ve been a nice surprise but eh, not bummed that much about it. But yeah, that’s really cool, frankly navigating dark areas is one of the main reasons that I go back to monster hunter tri.
I guess I didn't see it as spoilers considering we saw the caves before and there have been pitch black places in BOTW. The only difference this time is that we don't have a magic fire wand. I can't wait to shoot light arrows through the cave though!
These spoiler discussions don’t bother me because I’m probably going to forget everything you said here and everything will still be a surprise for me on my first playthrough.
BOTW has an asymmetrical heart line setup right? I think the bottom one is shorter to allow for heart buffs from food, so we can't assume the capacity is double the top line
concerning the "darkness" you are speaking of: It's not a huge spoiler i think, we have sections in BotW that were almost in total darkness, parts of the DLC trials i think. So it wasn't all that surprising to me to see it in TotK.

What im surprised is why no one talking about link might be fierce deity in Tears of the kingdom.
I don't want korok seed searching again, I want to get korok seeds from helping out koroks that are traveling.
The part he regrets knowing about the footage was the highlight for me as well. Even more than Gleeok
Nintendo posted the "leaked" tv ad on Facebook this morning, but they only showed the players reactions, no gameplay footage at all.
I just finished watching it, and I like the way we light up the area with the lotus thing
Imagine believing there will be underground’s. Then when you see it being sad and disgusted. 😂 you got to see with your own eyes the awe moment of lighting the cavern. It wasn’t taken from you. You saw it. Youl still enjoy it and play it for dozens and dozens of hours. And that disgust will be forgotten. Replaced with joy and content.
I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favorite channel on the Citadel.
i saw that same ad just a second ago on my tv just without any of the footage which means nintendo also thought it was too much lol
YEEEEEEEES!!! Dude, I was REALLY hoping for more pitch dark areas in this game! I am SO freaking glad to hear that there will be! & the bulb arrow sounds so freaking cool! Hell for me that was a welcome spoiler lol.
I was thinking about watching it but your thumbnail has made me reconsider it.
I think there's gonna be A LOT more that we can discover for ourselves that aren't shown. I can't wait until it comes out, I'm playing it day one and not watching any videos on it. I'm even planning on taking off work lol
Did we watch the same commercial?
Didn't really think there was anything super of note in it, guess I'll watch it again. 🤔
Personally, I don't think the ad showed us anything we didn't already know other than 17+ hearts on the first row.
Now that its officially public on the Nintendo of America channel, im back to hear thoughts!
Thanks for the warning, Ratatoskr.
I'll be back after playing.
Now do a full art book breakdown.
You’re sick! Spreading the spoilers! 😂
Being told to unsubscribe makes me want to subscribe to your content even harder now
I’m not buying until they confirm the return of the Goddess Harp
The towers aren't in the same spots. At 2:44 there is supposed to be a tower at the base of the mountain, near the split.
its prolly a bigger deal for you than me and maybe others, thats kind off whatever. knowing that it exists doesnt ruin its existence.
Actually saw that snippet on the gram but it was only the humans reacting, it didn’t show the gameplay part
dude they literally took a small section of botw and made it BIG
Yes yes, I am an adult....
No more questions.
I, too, am mad at myself for watching it. Luckily I have a terrible memory so hopefully I'll forget about those few shots by the time I get there in the game
the pivots are more dangerous than whiplash lmao
I didn't even know there was a TV commercial. Then again I don't watch TV that much anymore.
That’s the thing, there isn’t
If there is then people wouldn’t be saying that it was “leaked”
I kind feel bad for people who are so adverse to spoilers. They just don't bug me that much.
Would’ve been a nice surprise but eh, not bummed that much about it. But yeah, that’s really cool, frankly navigating dark areas is one of the main reasons that I go back to monster hunter tri.
Bruh why you gotta play Grandma's song in the video I'm getting in my feels now.... 😢
Did Sam Haris secretly start a gaming channel?
I saw it by accident because I thought it was the most recent trailer being talked about on Reddit. Pretty interesting stuff.
Perfect, thanks for covering leaks and spoilers! Like you said, we’re adults and can decide wether to watch or not!
I guarantee the hairstyles are going to be customisable/chooseable.
I guess I didn't see it as spoilers considering we saw the caves before and there have been pitch black places in BOTW. The only difference this time is that we don't have a magic fire wand. I can't wait to shoot light arrows through the cave though!
Gotta agree with that last bit.
That was more than I wanted to know.
Funny how sometimes you run into boundaries you didn't even know you had.
Don't feel too bad on spoilers, it was going to be a TV ad after all
At this point im balls deep in ruining my experience
Something about your cadence and enunciation is so delicious 🌊
These spoiler discussions don’t bother me because I’m probably going to forget everything you said here and everything will still be a surprise for me on my first playthrough.
BOTW has an asymmetrical heart line setup right? I think the bottom one is shorter to allow for heart buffs from food, so we can't assume the capacity is double the top line
Imagine if gleeok was the fire temple boss and was called “Infernal king Gleeok”
The Underground is in the instruction booklet of Zelda 1 and Zelda 2
concerning the "darkness" you are speaking of: It's not a huge spoiler i think, we have sections in BotW that were almost in total darkness, parts of the DLC trials i think. So it wasn't all that surprising to me to see it in TotK.
